They lost me as a customer. While the staff is very nice, I can’t believe what they tried to pass off as yucca bread (pan de yuca). Dry, small, and slightly burnt. There are plenty of other options nearby. If you chose to go there, keep on eye what they put in your bag.

Went with my mother Food was decent. Bakery basic coffee is not the best taste kinda burnt. After eating our meal, my mother who is elderly needed to use the restroom. The lady working behind the counter said that restrooms are for employees only. So your a restaurant and let people sit and eat but they can't use your restroom. Okay I get it rules are rules, but to deny an elderly woman? Bad business!

Excellent service, friendliness, respect, quality of food, all the food reminds us of our Colombian roots, it is a little piece of our country in that place, the bakery is delicious

This bakery has delicious bread, and food is decent. Unfortunately it has been multiple times already where myself and several other people I know from the neighborhood have complained about the excessive charges like “a service charge” on take out, and the place adds a self-tip themselves on a take out order, and overall more expensive than other Colombian bakeries in the neighborhood. I am very disappointed on how they have taken advantage of their customers. PLEASE ASK FOR A RECEIPT AND CHECK IT!!!!

This was some of the best Colombian food in NYC! The pan de bono and bandeja paisa were delicious! Fair prices and their customer service was a 10/10. Will come back FOR SURE!

El pilón is good to buy pandequeso empanadas everything that is bakery
What the soups are are made the day or days before which is not fresh. Made the same day
For the second companion, I doubt it is made the same day, it seems like they reheat it.
