When I came to pick up my order of empanadas for a birthday party they didn’t even have it done yet, but I placed the order hours earlier. Also when i payed with card over the phone they told me it was $165 yet took $182 from my account which wasn’t consented.

Just to make it short and simple. The waiter her voice is so loud and the food is just simple the arepa con queso is a patty brought else where they just heat it and put a slide of cheese.

They are posting signs telling people to break federal law. I bet you couldn’t enter this place without a mask or vaccination papers during the pandemic!

This is the cutest wholesome little shop ever. The cashier are nice, we visit them first time and got best treatment ever. We used the apps so the food is discounted- yet they treated us no different than usual customer, the food amount is good and it’s really yummy.
I doubt if its authentic or not, but surely good balance taste and remember to take hot sauce because they are good too!!

I arrived at 7:50 p.m. to pick up a bag, the door was open and the light was on. A guy with a beard and very rude started yelling at me, telling me to leave, that it was closed. I really have never been treated with such lack of education in a store. Here is the rating, they have earned it. Of course, they have lost a customer forever. Rude.

La Vienesa serves unpretentious good food. The pollo y queso empanada and the yuca rellena de carne were well-seasoned and scrumptious; and at $6 for both, a bargain compared to Manhattan prices.

This is NOT COLOMBIAN FOOD!I used to love this place like 10 years ago, now they change staff sometime unpleasant.I gave it so many chances because of the memories, but I just can’t anymore. They have no idea about Colombian authentic food, empanadas are greasy, arepa con queso is to laugh about no clue on type of cheese or even arepa used, try get a chorizo under cooked and doesn’t even come with arepa or potatoe they offered bread with it ?????? (the disrespect is real)Its like walking into a deli tbh.I would still go and buy Colombian drinks tho that’s about it.
