I ordered a hot latte on ubereats and was given a plain hot coffee with a splash of milk. Did they really think I wouldn’t notice the difference? It was almost closing time, but that’s absolutely no excuse. It was careless, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. I will not be recommending this place.

We went to have a pleasant conversation and drink coffee, the coffees were ice cold and the milk they put in them was cold, we were supposed to enjoy a coffee and you ruined it.

A person wants to drink a coffee with pleasure, pays for it, gets the coffee, takes a sip of the coffee, the coffee is ice cold because they add cold milk. When you want hot milk, they ask for extra money. Can such a ridiculous thing happen? Or you order online, there is no hot milk option, you write a note there saying please I want hot milk, when you go to get the coffee, they say please order from the cash register, you have to pay extra for hot milk, then why did you create an online order line.

Good place to study in the neighborhood. Newly upgrade interior with charging ports and new seating. Only downside is that the bathroom is in unusable condition at every visit.
This is the worst Paris Baguette I’ve been to. The place was a disorganized mess. I purchased a Snow Bunny Cake that was on display, but while I was waiting for them to box it up, the staff realized it was the last one and checked the time stamps on our receipts. Unfortunately, the other customer had ordered it first. The staff made no effort to resolve the mistake, and my only option was to pay the difference for another cake. Horrible customer service for a mistake they made. They should have just ate the cost for the difference.
