Bought some sesame nut crunch candy.. and it was stale.. even with sell by date of 10/7/24… too bad… they have a lot of nice stuff there..went back a couple of weeks later.. (not to return item.. already threw it out) and they pulled the item off the shelves.. good job! Upgraded to 4 stars..
Great place for Mediterranean, Balkan, Turkish and Europe food, snacks, coffee, groceries. You can alao buy homemade food, soup and snacks. Fresh olives and fresh coffee, fresh nuts to purchase by weight. Sausages, meats and cheeses are available next to the cash register. They carry imported organic and natural food from overseas, super high-quality food. Nice warm friendly workers, very very highly recommended ??
Best East Mediterranean/ Balkan style supermarket in New York! Try the dry cured salami, cheese pies (banitsa), selection of cheeses. And all ethnic food from the Balkans is delicious!
