Before was two bathrooms for Ladies and men. They drop one first now almost always they keep strapped in front and pretending cleaning no one is cleaning it is simlpy vlosed. And staff use the other bathroom for themselves only. Come on guys . This is Starbucks.While people expect from city to mandate every service stores etc work for folks have to open bathrooms even Starbucks and others keep restrictions. Horrible. If you sell to public you have to allow folks for bathroom.
A Sunday night, it was yesterday, the close time at nine. I wanted a lemonade and Katie, the cashier, said they were out. I asked for a cold green tea and Katie insisted on giving it to me for free. By 8:40pm, the staff didn't rush and ask the customers to leave, everything was very orderly and nice, I like it here.
This place is great and usually efficient, but lately it almost never has order ahead on the app, presumably because there isn't enough staff to keep up with orders. This is unfortunate, cause many days now I walk in, see the line, and have to go elsewhere. And I see other customers do this as well!!Would give 5 stars easily if order ahead on mobile was always available, like all the other starbucks in nyc.
