The food is good as in any subway but the service was terrible and the greeting and service was extremely bad. Unfortunately I was hungry and I had to eat but I wouldn't return here, plus the place was dirty and the person who served me didn't even have an apron.

The manager claimed my order was cancelled on arrival although the purchase went through on my end. He showed me my receipt and kept it. He said the transaction was wired, so I’ll receive a refund at some point. I mentioned that the order was a promotion and I’ll reorder it. He then proceeded to tell me it won’t work and that I have to pay full price. The store was listed on the subway app as a supporting location for promotions and the manager did not honor it. I now have to dispute with my bank for the charge as I did not receive my order.

Guy was busy didn't acknowledge anyone. Went in to try the foot long pretzel...left with something so hard its inedible...I assume my pretzel was just really old or stale or heated and reheated or all of the above...will try one more place before I give up.

I faced numerous issues when ordering sandwiches online from a store, primarily due to a person named Sohail. Despite claiming to be the owner, his behavior was questionable, as he seemed unfit even for a doorman role. He was initially angry and rude, lacking customer service skills, even going so far as to call me an idiot. In the end, my table was left unclean.

It was a really bad experience for me. The server there is rude. They give way too less quantity. The customer service is bad as it gets. Shouldn't have reviewd their subway positively on the subway website. As the clearly don't know thier own rules and refused me my reward which has been given by their own subway.

I went to get some sandwiches for friends. I wanted to take menu picture and send to them what they want to eat. But the guy with angry face and said no picture. I ordered 3 teriyaki chicken sandwich, it's $12.49. And he charged steak sandwich, it costs $13.49.
