Not the fastest service but the food was prepared well and tasted good. Everything seemed fine until when I went to pick up my order. Initially, the worker (black woman) smiled at me when she called my order # but as she handed it to me, she gave me a mean/dirty look. I thanked her but she walked away to receive the next customer. Pretty rude, in my opinion, esp. when she didn't do that to another customer (white man) who was actually being difficult/demanding before I ordered. Maybe if there were enough workers and not being overworked, she wouldn't be taking her anger/frustration out on me instead?

I was visiting New York City. This was my first ever visit to a White Castle and I had a coupon. I got 10 sliders, krinkke fries and a medium vanilla shake. It was fantastic! The burgers were flavorful, the shake was great. I'll definitely eat at White Castle and next time I will try the fried clams (yes, fried clams) because I love those too!

Terrible terrible , called here the staff was rude I asked for onion chips since I saw it on the menu . They said they didn’t serve chips in a rude way and I said are you sure there isn’t any chips because I saw it online and it was real White Castle menu and they ended the call. DONT COME HERE UNLESS IF YOU WANT RUDE SERVICE.

Never again order this White Castle. Isn’t safe eat food. They employ wear a plastic glove and touch onion ring was hot oil catch burn plastic gloves touched that is disguised not heath. Why they dont use tools pick up onion ring.

Very bad and rude guy. I came in to order my food around 1:30am on a Friday. He was rude taking my order and he never said hi or smiled. But once i sat waiting for my order he welcomed the girls after me. Very disrespectful and bad attitude still from someone who is the first contact with customers.
