We loved every part of our experience. Two of us had Chicken and Biscuits which were better than my homemade. With it we ordered mashed potatoes, a vegetable and a third side. The fresh warm rolls were a nice addition for the table. A third member had the equally delicious Chicken Parmigiana. The portions were very plentiful and we enjoyed every bite. To top it off we all had a different kind of pie. I had the Coconut Cream Pie but ending up taking most of it home due to being so full. We all left full and pleased with everything. Our server was right on top of everything as well. The restaurant seemed spotless and bright. We are disappointed that Eddie’s will be closing for the season in a matter of days but certainly understand. It is clear to see why this restaurant has been around for so long. I look forward to returning after winter. It is worth the 45 minute drive from where we live.

Do not order prime rib, no taste at all. Was charged for a dish I didn't receive. Manager Eddie has no communication skills at all. Very disrespectful and insulting

It's gone downhill while the price have gone way up hill. There was no line. I see why now.
Still best fish around. Don't order homemade mac and cheese 😫. It's very dry and bland. My waitress was so ditzy. She kept messing up.

We all had something different so the 20 to 30 could have been a smaller amount. The food was very good.

This is a really nice diner with plenty of options for everyone. I first visited Eddie's when I was a teenager, heading up to Sylvan Beach with my older brother and his friends, and the memories came rushing in as soon as I walked through the door. The food is really excellent diner fare and the atmosphere is both playful and humble in all the right ways. I highly recommend it!

Eddies has been in Sylvan for the entirety of my life and my parents life. It's a must-eat place in CNY.

The only negative thing I have to say about it is that in the summer it gets very busy and wait times can be quite long, literally out the door and down the street.

The food is fantastic. It has authentic Italian, traditional american, seafood - really quite a lot. The real thing for me though that I die for every time I go are the desserts. Their Ice cream shakes are heavenly, their cream Pies are like eating the clouds surrounding heaven.

This place needs our support, and I say that because it really is a treasure built by generations of work. You could go to to any of the other restaurants in the area, but at Eddies you really are treated like family.

How in God's name can they make spaghetti with 1 meatball & 1 sausage $26.99? It cost them about $2.00 to make it they are getting purchases in bulk. Personally I think this is a shame locals loved this place & this current relative is destroying it. It's in Sylvan Beach not NYC!

Sandwiches are not very good anymore wish the original owners were there

Staff was very friendly. The decor is dated but i guess it works. Food was mid. Not bad but nothing id brag about. Salad had some brown lettuce in it. The wrap was packed with lettuce and dry. Didn't taste bad but could have used more dressing and a better meat to lettuce ratio. Milkshake was pretty good. I didn't try any pie, but they did look good.
