Awesome little Ice Cream place with outdoor seating. Reflectively close to the water and across the road from a nice little park where they had some live music happening at the time.
I went here with my aunt, two cousins, and my sister. My sister ordered a small Kahlua Almond Amaretto on a cone, my aunt ordered a Caramel Praline Turtle, one of my cousins got a kid's size Vanilla, the other cousin got a kid's Dairy-Free Blueberry Pancake, and I ordered a small Dairy-Free Blueberry Pancake. My family and I arrived at Slyvan Beach today. We were full from lunch still but wanted a sweet treat. We first stopped at a candy store thinking they had ice cream there. They didn't sell any ice cream but they told us about What's the Scoop.
