Great drive-thru coffee place. Large selection of flavors and a healthy selection of sugar free flavors as well. The staff are always friendly. D9nt let a line deter you. They normally have people taking orders in advance of the pavilion so the lines tend to move quickly. I like going afternoon because they seem to like to play country music in the morning, which I can do without 😀

This 7 brew has no enthusiasm of Albany, Utica or Rome. Both times I’ve stopped at this location I’ve ordered medium hot blonde and each time it is colder than room temperature. Not sure what the staff at this location are doing. I brought 4 friends that never have been to 7 brews and the experience of every order being cold when ordering hot drinks resulted in them telling me o don’t know why you come here I will never go again.

The drinks can be good but it’s definitely overpriced for torani syrups. The tip screen in your face before the product you paid for is kinda crazy because what am I tipping for? No mobile ordering and twice I’ve ordered a large and they tried to give me a medium. When I said I ordered a large the response has been “it says medium”. I’m not the one that enters the order so blame your coworker not the customer. Repeat the order to the customer to make sure it’s right would be a simple solution. 7 brew should pay their employees more with the profit margin cookie cutter stands and sugar water provides. Tipping isn’t mandatory is a sad copout when you have a disappointed teenager standing out in the cold who didn’t get a tip on a $9 slushee.

Who is this place for? Way overpriced, and they ask you to tip before receiving any service. Their menu has no pricing. I paid $6.45 for a medium hot coffee drink. Then they handed me a cup that was dirty and sticky all over the outside that got my car all dirty. I had to get out of the car in the drive thru to ask for napkins to try to clean up. They said “oh we are so busy we had to rush”. There were at least 5 employees in there with 3 cars in line and 2 people at the window. Even so if you spill half the drink all over don’t you do something before handing it to the customer?

Very depressing, place has no energy like other 7brews. One of the shift leads who took my order were very.. disrespectful for NO reason and her name was Dana. I asked to speak to the manager and she said the manager is barely ever there and when she is she’s only there for 2 hours. The coffee shop across the street is much better, would recommend and friendlier
Always a positive experience here! Even if the lines are long the friendly atmosphere makes the wait go by fast... and its never too long of a wait! I've not waited an unreasonable time yet.

It's happened three times now that I've ordered sweet cream cold foam, paid for it, and they've forgotten to add it. Each time, I'm bummed out, but since they've already handed me the drink, I just let it go instead of asking them to add it. I don't understand why it keeps happening, especially since it seems like a pretty straightforward thing to get right. If it happens again I definitely will say something since the staff and girls are so nice.
