I ordered a sandwich which was delicious, and a side of Mac salad. The Mac salad tasted off, and I noticed that it was dated for over a week ago. I had to throw it out because it tasted so bad.

Not bad, my wife likes it. Not a burger. Fries, wings and pizza menu. I prefer that, or Chinese.

Terrible management. Very rude. I can tell they are rude and treat their employees like garbage from what I saw from my experience there.

A little hidden gem! Happened to walk into this place on a whim. The menu looked so good we were so indecisive on what to order, but the owner was amazing and gave us some solid recommendations based on what we liked. We ordered a breakfast sandwich, French onion soup, Mac and cheese, and a Turkey sandwich. Everything was delicious! I highly recommend supporting this local business!

We had a call ahead order from A La Mode today. I was a little shocked when it had a 30 min pick time. I can tell you it was worth a second to wait for it. This was our first time eating here and I have no idea why!?!? The staff was very friendly when picking up our order. The cashier was busy on the phone but the cook (I’m sure they both do) spoke right up and asked if she could help us. The sandwiches we ordered were HUGE and oh so good. The Prima Donna and Ian’s Hot Italian. 10/10 would recommend but know it’s not always a quick in and out kind of place.

As a Syracuse Alumni, this is the best sandwich spot in town and is a must go when you're in Cuse! Sometimes the service can be slow but the sandwiches are worth the extra few minutes! My favorite is the Albuquerque turkey which has homemade focaccia bread, warm turkey, avocado, cheese and a phenomenal chipotle mayo sauce. Once you get it, you won't get anything else. Nobody doesn't like it! Some other favorites are the mesquite grill, orange pack, and Leahs chicken salad. There is a wide variety on the menu & you can get something for anyone!

Food was good. Unfortunately the lady who I believe was in charge wasn't pleasant at all. She must have forgotten that customers are what enables a business to be successful. She talked to me and my son like we didn't belong there, saying there are only 4 people allowed inside and that we couldn't stand in a certain area, that we needed to wait outside even though we were wearing masks. I will not be back after dealing with that.

Freggin Manhattan.... I could survive on those for the rest of my life.

Wonderful balance of flavors and textures. Friendly staff in a small neighborhood cafe. Just the right amount to blend flavors and satisfy appetite.

My fave sandwich spot in Syracuse! Love the Albuquerque turkey and chicken salad. Anything on stretch bread is good.

Sandwiches and salads are amazing. Order their homemade chicken salad. It’s my fave. They also have cookies and cupcakes that are the best. I have a huge sweet tooth and their recess peanut butter cup cookie is my fave. Some people think it’s a bit pricey, but the portions are huge so you get what you pay for. It’s my go to for a quick lunch or takeout option in the university area.
