Was greeted and sat at a table by an employee in pjs (nbd I think he worked in the kitchen but setting the tone). Sat in silence with no music on yet, as we did show up 8 minutes after they opened. waitress was pleasant. We ordered the Caesar salad , and calamari to start, which is also where it ended. The Caesar and calamari took about 15-20 minutes and we were the only people in the restaurant. Caesar had ZERO flavor, we were basically eating plain lettuce with a few bread crumbs. And the calamari was awful. Calamari was rubber, sauce/jam was too sweet, and the aioli was probably out of a jar, if not lemon zest and Sysco mayo. Waitress didn't come back for 20 minutes after she dropped off these dishes so even if something was wrong, she would have had no clue. Won't be returning.

Food was delicious! Services was mediocre. Took about 45 min for meals for 4 of us. Would come back again.

Reserved table for 2 months in advance and on arrival was put in the front porch area near the cold door with zero other people nearby and we were freezing. Table was supposed to be high top and instead they were older, regular tables apparently moved due to a party that evening in the back. Service was friendly but very slow, had to waive down people multiple times to get drinks and the check even though server had just been in area, server did not scan around to see if anyone else needed anything, had to keep trying to find someone to assist. Ordered the margarita pizza which was good, could have used more basil, but good, and the charcuterie board to share. The board was all meat and cheese with very hard toasted bread and just a few olives, no fruit, no other dipping sauce other than some honey. The bread for the table was fresh and with cinnamon butter, was the star of the show. If we return, it will be to go to the bar area and just get the pizza again.

Menu is perfect size. I am gluten free and our server did a great job at explaining my options. We had fried calamari, Caesar salad, pasta zozzona and ragu funghi. All perfectly cooked, sauce was light and delicious.

Took my wife here for part of her Christmas present for both of us. Food is quite good -- and that's not just going by Syracuse standards.
Place was half full or more and noise level was fine.
Only little knock is that our server disappeared on us for a bit. Had she not, we would have had time for dessert. That said, the support staff we had were laid back and a lot of fun. Very comfortable atmosphere that treads that line between being either too casual or too hoity-toity perfectly.
Will be back.

I was so disappointed. In the past the service and food have been excellent. This time the atmosphere was very bad. The service was lacking. Every aspect of the meal.was a separate cost! So, for a plate of calcci e pepe.... it was $50. No vegetable or salad. That would have been additional charges.

Decent food, fun vibe. Mixed on the food. Calamari was ok, think it sat a while before we got it. Pasta dishes good, $80 ribeye unevenly cooked (parts ranged from med rare to well done) and didn't have a lot of flavor (lack of salt/seasoning). Services a bit uneven as restaurant got busy. It was a fun atmosphere - I would probably go back
