We just ordered a nice amount of food. Cabbage, Mac & Cheese, Dirty Rice, Cornbread, Pork Chops, Chicken wings, Brownies, Strawberry Shortcake cups, Sweet potato pie! Everything was absolutely delicious, seasoned perfectly, hot, fresh, and the owners welcoming and sweet. This place was a 10 out of 10! A+++++++++++

I ordered via doordash, but the food was phenomenal, delicious, and on point. The cornbread...omg, the cornbread moist buttery deliciousNess. I will be ordering again. Oh, and by the way I had the haddock meal w/ potato salad & collard greens. P.S. The banana pudding was sooo good.
After shopping my husband and I wanted soul food instead of the “food court”. So we googled best soul food restaurants in Syracuse and decided on this location since it popped up first and the reviews were good. We were not disappointed! The food was exceptional!! I had the smothered pork chops, cabbage and Mac-n- cheese. My husband had the fried haddock, dirty rice and cabbage. The food is made to order so everything was fresh and hot! The portions were large so come with a big appetite! Atmosphere was rated a 2 because there were no dining in. However the owner accommodated us and allowed us to dine in since we were eager to eat. If you are in town and don’t want mall food the 3 mile ride is definitely worth it. My apologies for not getting the owner name because her and the manager (“Nunu” ) kept us laughing!!

The rooms, the complex and the hosts are frankly top notch.
I was upset because my broker had the wrong time about a load I was picking up in Syracuse so I decided to look up something good to eat see I was stuck there on a Friday. What I found was a hidden Gem. A Touch of Soul is definitely one of the best soul food restaurants that I've come across out here on the road. Only thing I'll say about the food is that it's Real Soul Food, and if you want to see how magnífico the food is you'll have to go try it. The service was also friendly, warm, and inviting. Thank you Touch of Soul for giving my taste buds an exprience.

Mac was delicious but a yad bit sharp for my liking, ill still get it again it was so good, just a tad bit sharp for my liking. Still somenof the best mac around if you ask me. Sides were delicious. Cabbage was fire, greens were fire, beans were killer. Just a tad bit expensive. I'd get it again for sure, just got an every week type of place due to the price.
