I frequently visit Aloha Krab House and I always leave full and never disappointed. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. A server that I have often is Jeanne-Louis is such a sweetheart! She cares about customers and is always making sure that we’re enjoying our meal. My go to order is the Letter G combo. It’s delicious!

We took our 2 oldest kids and their friend. Everyone loved it. Service was good, food came out quickly. Three of us had the blend of all the seasonings and the flavour was on point.
We were visiting the area & wanted seafood. We found Aloha Krab. We were super happy with our waitress Jeanne Louise that guided us through the menu. We loved our seafood meals. Lobster & scallops. We would come back for sure if we were in the area again.
Our 1st visit started out poor. We had a 7pm reservation and when I asked for a both they said there were other people with a 7pm reservation waiting. The only table available was right upfront by the check out counter and I am handicapped and didn't feel that that was going to be a convenient spot for me with all the traffic. We said we would wait. I didn't see any other people waiting to be seated other than a walk-in party that came in after us and one person at the bar. The manager just stood there and let the other staff speak. So we waited about five minutes and all of a sudden they called us to go to a booth, which was great. They ended up putting that walk-in party at that table we didn't want. Not sure what that was all about but in the end, all was good. food was very good and our waitress was super !
Service was fantastic. Snow crab was watery and overcooked. If I could give the snow crab 0 stars I would. Clam shower was decent with some pepper added. Chairs at the tables were uncomfortable. I will not frequent this chain again. Lessons learned.
Came here today for my daughter’s bday. Service was speedy the waiter (Joseph) was pleasant, funny , informative, and just great. It was amazing time. Definitely will be coming back. ☺️
