Apizza Regionale exceeded all of my expectations, despite a previous missed opportunity to visit and three months of anticipation. I had a perfect seat at the bar and the bartender (Ciara?) was friendly, welcoming, and genuine and made a pleasant dining experience even better. The Calabrian was the best possible version of this popular pizza. My only regret was that after a long day of work and a longer day of travel looming, I could not spend more time and money with my new friends at Apizza. Highest recommendations. Will absolutely be sure to detour to visit again during any future trip to Syracuse.

Always amazing food and service! The staff is so friendly and ajeays has great recommendation. The pizza is the best I've ever had. It's one of our stops every trip to Syracuse. We are on our second child at SU, so lots of trips still to come - so excited!

The atmosphere was great has to wait about 15 minutes for a table because it was Friday at 7:00pm. Overall the pizza was amazing. One of the best pizzas that I have had.

Apizza Regionale was such a great surprise! We came in on a busy night and still felt completely taken care of—everyone was so attentive and friendly, even people who weren’t technically our server. Service like that goes a long way!
Now let’s talk about the pizza—wow. You can really tell it’s homemade and wood-fired. Everything tasted fresh, the crust had that perfect crisp, and the ingredients were clearly high quality. Definitely some of the best pizza we’ve had in a while.
The only thing I’d mention is that the space inside felt a little tight with lots of tables but honestly, it didn’t bother us. It was still had a good energy overall.
We’d absolutely go back. Great food, amazing service, and a fun casual night out!

Apizza Regionale absolutely delivered! The wood-fired pizza was fantastic—homemade, perfectly crisp, and you could really taste the quality of the ingredients in every bite. This is how pizza should be.
Service was top-notch, even during a busy night. Our drinks were always full, and the staff checked in on us regularly—even those who weren’t our server. It really felt like a team effort, and it made the experience feel seamless and welcoming.
The atmosphere was the only slight knock, and even then it wasn’t a big deal. The interior felt a little crowded with tables, and had a bit of a cafeteria vibe—but it didn’t take away from the overall experience at all.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for great pizza, excellent service, and a casual, energetic spot in Syracuse!
The food was not impressive I hoped for much better quality . I would not go back , The 2 others I went with agreed also . Several of the waitresses wore strong perfume that smelled terrible also .

The first two pizzas we ordered from here were delicious! The third the crust was over cooked and inedible. We decided to try again because the first two were so good, well the 4th time the crust was over cooked and inedible. We will not try a 5 th time :(

Stopped in for dinner and glad I did! Locally owned and locally sourced combined with friendly staff? A great combination! From apps to mains (the pizza is fantastic) this place is good for the whole family.
