It is an Arby's on the West side of Syracuse. The entry and exit is difficult due to the hill they are on. Then you have to turn hard off the hill to get out which is jarring. We try to avoid this one if we can because of this.

Ordered through doordash yesterday around 2:45 and it took until 3:40 to get my order and it was not even luke warm. My wife and son were on the toilet all night and I was this morning. Unless you want food poisoning, do not eat at this establishment. This was the only thing my family had to eat together, so this is obviously where we got sick. Never again.

Great Service and Food Friendly Staff for Door Dash Delivery
The food is what you expect from Arby's but some of the staff are ridiculous, especially the teenage girls working there. The cursing and screaming when the drive thru window is open, especially when customers have children clearly visible in their vehicles, is insane. I would have been fired from every job I've ever had instantly for acting that way.

I think this might be the only fast food place in the city that has workers with basic customer service skills. I don’t even care for Arby’s food, never have, but I went here once and the service was so pleasant that I keep coming back and it’s the same every time. Management has done a wonderful job hiring/training people. It’s the little things that make such a difference. Eye contact, and greeting and a “have a good day”. You go to McDonald’s or Wendy’s around the city and the workers never smile, they don’t even say hi or have a good day, they stick their arm out of the window with your bag and only ever glance over in your direction if you take more than 2 seconds to grab it. Shameful. Shoutout to this Arby’s, they’re setting a great example.

The staff here is beyond rude, I wanted to try the bourbon barbecue chicken sandwich it was over cooked, it was hard enough to break metal. Snapped my tooth, I had a hard time breaking it with my hand. How do you allow something like that to go out to the public is wild I’ve worked food service I would never serve anyone this where is the quality control do they even have managers here? Beyond irritated this use to be my go to spot now everytime I give it a chance I regret it.
