If it could be a zero it would be ordered 2 pretzels we asked why 2 customers behind us were not paying but I was said because we are closing then why did I pay then the little girl started to argue with us want to fight swearing . All I wanted was my refund did not get that now have to wait to talk with manager on Monday will never order from them again was going to do a big catering order now not

Guy at the register was too busy on his phone to even say anything to us. Pretzel bites are soggy and you can tell they haven't cleaned anything lately because there's burned black things all over the pretzel bites and an overwhelming taste of burned butter or something of the like. After spending 15 bucks on two orders of bites, it will be the last time they get my money.

Got pretzels to go, over $10 for two pretzels, arrived home and found they were blackened, burnt and hard as a rock. Missing salt on much of the pretzel. INEDIBLE
I've been trying to call the store now for an hour and a half, no one answers the phone.

Horrible not clean employees not cleaning hands have worked here got worst since new management alot of stealing manager is aware of cant get ahold of no one to report and have multiple people showing facts u don't pay for things and put the money in tip jar its stealing and mengment knows about it.
