I told the guys I was here to pick up my order and one of the guys just continued laughing in their conversation and told me to wait. I had to wait on them to finish their conversation to get my food.

Cashier was mean and the food is subpar. Ordered the beef shawarma and I could get better halal food from any random food cart in nyc. There was a weird tangy sauce on the beef that was not advertised and the rude cashier didn’t explain when I asked what exactly came with the beef shawarma.
This has got to be the best place I have ever eaten at, The service was amazing, and their staff, especially the round one, so kind, such a peach, best place in syracuse, Awesome cooking, origin and history
