The most amazing Mexican food I have had in a long time! The Elote burrito salad was top notch and the rice was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Of all of the food trucks at the 4th of July event, Baja Cali's line was the longest. Delicious food and everyone working on the truck was very pleasant no matter how long the line was.

Went to this truck at the NYS Fair after seeing them featured on the news and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! Got the PCH taco and the supreme nachos. The taco was light and crispy add the crunchy coleslaw and creamy baja sauce and it was the perfect bite. The nachos were loaded! Beef, jalapeños, cheese, pico, homemade chips, baja sauce, sour cream...each but was better than the last. The topping to chip ratio was perfect, every chip had a different combination of goodies, I wanted to finish it, but the portion was huge. It was money well spent, the best thing I've had at the Fair this year and I can't wait to go back!
