We used Baja Cali Tacos for our corporate ribbon cutting event. Employees were super happy with their food and Christopher was super easy to work with! I would absolutely book them again based on Christopher’s flexibility, quick responses and the rave reviewer that their food got from over 70 employees! Would definitely recommend!
Baja Cali taco was one of the food trucks we had at our wedding. Communication was great! Christopher was amazing to work with! Everyone loved the food and we received many compliments that it was the best wedding food our guests have had! 10/10 recommend!
Went to this truck at the NYS Fair after seeing them featured on the news and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! Got the PCH taco and the supreme nachos. The taco was light and crispy add the crunchy coleslaw and creamy baja sauce and it was the perfect bite. The nachos were loaded!
