My husband and I booked Baja Cali as catering for our wedding- and when I say us, and our guests, were BLOWN AWAY with how amazing the food and service was. Had them show up at our job site. Food was fantastic. Steak taco was great, little spice, great flavor. Beef taco was excellent, fresh ingredients, flavor was fantastic. Can't wait to find them out and about again.
The most amazing Mexican food I have had in a long time! The Elote burrito salad was top notch and the rice was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Of all of the food trucks at the 4th of July event, Baja Cali's line was the longest. Delicious food and everyone working on the truck was very pleasant no matter how long the line was.
