I believe you own/ operate the BK on 3603 Brewerton Rd, Syracuse, NY 13212. Ive complained several times, tried to call for days and no one picks up the phone I’ve come at three different times of the afternoon/evening and they’re always "rebooting the system” or the “system is down” and am always told to come back in 15minutes I think they do it whenever they feel like it to avoid taking customers. The first time I waited bc my boyfriend really wanted a whopper and by the time I drove to the next Burger King the “15 minutes” would be up so I asked if I could just wait in the drive through lane and the unprofessional unqualified Caucasian girl who looked 16 asked me to pull into the parking lot and I really should have ignored her bc I waited not even ten minutes and see someone get into the drive through and place their order successfully so I quickly pulled up behind him and was forced to wait for someone else when I was there waiting already. They are so incredibly idiotic and lazy in the sense that they do not have the slightest bit of common sense in when to restart the system (if that’s even true which I doubt) and how to speak to customers about it. They hire lazy teenagers who don’t understand or care about food safety, disease transmission, or customer service. God knows if they even properly clean the inside of that place. Evey time people who get food here order something successfully, they wait forever only to receive rotten/contaminated food, cold food, rancid wilted veggies in their sandwiches, raw beef, etc. This place needs to wake up bc every single time your staff lies and says the system down, you're losing a customer and losing money bc it takes less than 60 seconds to drive from this parking lot and make a better choice such as Wendys, Mcdonalds, Arbys, Taco Bell, etc. where they actually want to retain your business. If I'm PAYING for food, why do I need to LAO fight and argue with uneducated and unqualified, disrespectful teenagers to get my food or get it correct? WHY? being so lazy that you can't find better staff is a terrible look for your company bc your showing customers you dont care about their business, their money, their time, their health etc enough to place a manager there that will turn the place around. I can see this place ending up viral on the news and social media for putting someone in the hospital and getting sued. That and the fact that your hours of operation are falsely advertised if I've come multiple times during 'open ' hours and can't place an order. You really need to clean house and get rid of the rude teenagers who are sweating and spitting on people's food or messing orders up on purpose or being rude on purpose. Someone needs to retrain a whole new staff and make sure the place is being cleaned daily, they're wearing gloves, not touching their faces and then touching people's food, throwing away food that's gone bad and all that good stuff that you would assume is common sense but apparently needs to be taught in great detail. Either run this place correctly or shut it down before it gets you sued or landed with criminal charges for killing someone. Ive been to burger kings all over the state and this isnt even a '1' on any scale in comparison to how highly functioning other locations are and the quality of the food. This place needs immediate corporate intervention bc youre practically slandering the entire burger king brand by allowing this place to run as is.

Well I tried to contact you through your website, but it won’t allow messages to come through. So here’s my message hoping you respond here:Please tell me that your company is taking the situation in your Malone location seriously. I will be glad to send the whole conversation with one your managers to you if you would like to see it. Plus, the general manager out back giving a belly button pericing? I was a restaurant GM for 15 years, if I had a manager acting like that on social media representing my store, they would have been fired on the spot. Or if it was myself, I also would have been fired on the spot. Will be waiting on your response to see how it’s handled before I visit one your locations again.
