I have been in several times and am always satisfied. This was until my recent visit. The staff was not friendly as usual. I was not asked about allergies. They just marked no allergies on all my items. They kept mixing up orders. They tried giving me someone else’s drinks, I told them they weren’t all mine. Great experience! Smoothie was out very quickly. Staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond. Bowl Boss is also very friendly for those with food allergies, as they ask you if you have any to accommodate all of their guests.
I usually love coming to this place it's good experience. But I recently tried their strawberry matcha, and it was absolutely disappointing. I’ve had matcha from many places before and this was by far the worst place Ive ever tried. The strawberry was a strange baby pink color which felt really off. I’m not giving a terrible rating overall because I’ve always enjoyed everything else here. Just a heads up skip the matcha it was upsetting and felt like a waste of money.
