Pretty busy when I was here with about 10 people in the store. Food was very quick. In just a couple minutes. It was tasty and hot. Unfortunately the bagels here are very thin. Which is good if you're on a diet but it is lacking the NYC bagel experience. Would definitely come again if it's an option around for a quick bite.

I mean it's still a damn good bagel, just... something is off. I know you made changes post pandemic... but like what are you stuck there? It just feel awful?

Now that was a good bagel. š The Bagel is good I got the everything bagel. The lady and quite frankly we're very nice and friendly. I like that when I walk into a restaurant

Employees are very nice and friendly. Never taken long to get my order and they even know I drink decaf and made a knee pot my me. Put there app on my phone so I will be able to pay from the app and get free stuff.

Great place for coffee and bagels. Friendly staff knows me by name. I always feel welcomed.
Food has been subpar. Ordered three western sandwiches. Not hot, two did not have bacon way to expensive and staff acts like they do not want to be there. Will not go back!!

Delivery order was almost perfect this morning and arrived in less than 20 minutes.
The jalapeƱo cheddar bagel with bacon and scallon cream cheese was toasted perfectly with a generous amount of cream cheese. Hash browns were literally still hot to the touch on arrival and were also great. No complaints there.
Gotta take a star off though for delivery packaging and no cream or sugar provided with the Caramel cold brew. The delivery bag was nearly failling apart and grease was seeping through. The lack of cream and sugar on the side that I sincerely feel should be included with a $6.00 drink was also a huge bummer.

Nice place, but having been to a few bagel places this ranks lower on the list. Iāve been on a mission to try all, if not most, of the bagel places here in Syracuse and i wouldnāt come here again. The staff is very friendly and attentive, my issue is mainly with the bagel itself; bagels are meant to be doughy, chewy, and ur mouth should have to unhinge to take a bite especially with add-ins. My bagel was kinda sad and flat. I also ordered a coffee but ended up getting a refund after seeing the dispenser covered in fruit flies, so i canāt speak on the coffee here. Overall it is definitely convenient but you have the time and are willing to make the drive go to dewitt bagels or collegetown bagels.
