Dropped in to get a nice bagel breakfast sandwich for Father’s Day, ordered sausage egg and cheese and egg and cheese. I have never had any issues at other locations, but this time when I got home to my dismay I find my order is messed up. Knowing they had 6 members on staff and the restaurant was near empty that day, I thought I would give a call to see if they can remedy my situation. Called 3 times and got no answer, no way to leave a voicemail or send a message. Accidentally called Erie blvd and they answered right away and tried to assist me, it just seems like this location has decide they won’t answer the phone. Love their bagels but won’t be returning to this location anymore due to my disappointing Father’s Day breakfast experience.
Quick service, delicious bagels, would recommend. ample choices and variety of bagels
I went there and got an iced latte not too long ago. The cashier that assisted me was very pleasant and sweet. I think her name was Mila. The atmosphere was very nice and the drink was delicious.
Everything is above expectations.
Love these bagels but they keep jacking up the prices. Had to pay $12 today for an egg bagel sandwich and a coffee. Last week it was $9. The coffee is fine but nothing to write home about. It's a bit of a rip off. Water street bagel and recess coffee have better prices.
Good coffee, AMAZING bagel sandwiches. I recommend the breakfast brisket bagel!
Everytime I order a bagel sandwich online from this location it is NEVER toasted. And they NEVER put cream cheese on both sides of the bagel. And they don't allow you to write in a request online so again I received a cold un-toasted bagel with a tiny bit of cream cheese only on the bottom. Bagel place but it's lacking in the bagel and cream cheese department

Having lived in New York City, I am a fan of good bagels. The best available in Syracuse are from Bruegger's. However, over the years the best location to get your Bruegger's bagels has changed. It once was the store in the Marshall Street area where Patty was manager. Then, when that location closed, the best store became the one on Erie Boulevard East were Patty transferred as manager. Now the best location is on Nottingham where Patty is the manager. I can't help but note that there is a definite connection here. The best sandwiches, bagel-related products, and service are available at the site which Patty happens to manage. Thank you Patty for making my breakfasts and lunches out so enjoyable.
Got the pastrami, egg and cheese on a jalapeño &cheddar bagel. Outstanding ! Lot of great options to put on your bagel and a great variety of bagels

If you place a mobile order, don’t expect the order to be where mobile pickup is. they will have you standing there for 20 minutes before putting two and two together that there’s someone waiting. absolutely ridiculous and horrible horrible service. don’t place mobile orders here. food freezing cold bagels hard from sitting out untouched while they have the order behind the counter

Waited in line over 10min for a bottle of water. One woman at register, one vacuuming, once someone else stood behind me, the woman cleaning finally came over.
