Since changing to placing orders at register, my order is wrong about 90% of the time. The few times I’ve cared enough to go back, they have replaced it happily, and employees are always so friendly. I love it here and have been coming weekly for years, but it’s so frustrating to never get a correct order (which is not a super special order.) I watch the register people put it in correctly each time, so it is with the preparers. No attention to detail; plain bagel instead...
Stopped in with my family, we were a little disorganized in our ordering, but the staff was very friendly and professional. They ended up leaving some things out of our order (mistakes happen sometimes, I worked in food service myself for some time), but fortunately we were able to easily come back and let them know, and they were able to quickly rectify the situation and add a free bagel for the trouble. Overall friendly staff, nice clean, well taken care of restaurant, and delicious...
I went there and got an iced latte not too long ago. The cashier that assisted me was very pleasant and sweet. I think her name was Mila. The atmosphere was very nice and the drink was delicious.
