So it's ghetto enough that they lock the doors to customers after like 8pm. Drive -thru only at that time and lots of funny characters at night around the parking lot (people who are clearly under the influence). But the food is consistently good so the good outweighs the bad. Three stars.

This is a Burger King located on butternut in Syracuse Northside neighborhood I've been coming here on and off since I was a teenager. The customer service is below average, the food is mid but when the store manager is there the employees try a little harder to provide great service. Lonetta is currently one of the store managers I went to school with her she is amazing and takes her job very seriously. When she's not around the place runs slower, & the service is not as great
The food was just ok the cashier seem like they didn't wanna be there no communication saying welcome or hi nothing i knew why i dont really go there there were homeless people in side sleeping outside begging for food or money

Not much bad to say about this location, yes it is in a not so great area, but that doesn't affect the service here. I normally go for breakfast and am always taken care of and food is done rather quick, maybe a couple extra minute wait but the food is always warm and fresh and well worth the wait. The staff greets and when they don't it doesn't bother as they are still fast and friendly
