Always the worst Burger King on the planet. Always under staffed out front. Being forced to use the kiosk to order especially when you have to make changes. To speed it up and simplify the place. It would be helpful to just have someone taking orders. Everyone stands around with nothing but confusion on their faces. The service or front try to make it work, but the place is just too busy with all the different ways people can order. A whole lot of confusion...

If you want to wait 30 minutes or more for something as simple as a french fry, while watching the front attendant screw around dancing for kids recording snaps and TikToks, then eat here. Literally watched another girl wait 10 minutes for just a drink, after waiting an excessive amount of time to get her food. It took so long I decided it was worth it to forfeit the ~$3 for the fries, it simply was taking too long and the attitude of the staff wasn't all that forgiving. Complete waste of time and money.

Today my sons and I ordered through the app with our Walmart+ account. It was a long line, but we were patient, but not everyone was. One lady (Jen?) was yelling at a service worker with long braids and red tips and at one point she threw her order at the service worker. The manager did a great job diverting the worker from retaliation, but I was appalled at the customer. Kuddos for the manager for maintaining a level head. I was going to give a tip, but she said she wasn’t allowed to take tips at this location, but said I could leave a review. Everything was great in spite of a chaotic situation. Thank you! (P.S. let me know if you need help identifying the person who threw her food at the worker as I have their picture.)

My food was very good. The service was even better. The employees had great manners, but the only thing was it was an altercation going on, .I felt so bad for the man that works here he was behind the counter doing his job and another costumer just kept calling him names and picking with him. It was so sad

Absolutely terrible service. As a former fast food worker, no order should take more than 10 minutes at most. Drinks should always be served first. Customer service should be great.
I ordered a plain cheeseburger meal for my kid and waited 25 mins. Utterly ridiculous. They handed me my food and never gave me a drink. I was the only Customer actually fighting back asking where all our drinks were. The worst burger king in all of New York State. Avoid

The service was terrible. I had to wait 30 minutes for my food. When I asked they seemed annoyed but I didn't mind waiting. I wouldnt have asked if i hadnt watched several people who ordered after me get their food before me. I'm not one to typically review places but they said I was lying about my order because my name was not on their list. Low and behold they were overlooking my bag that was on the table for 15 minutes.

Obnoxiously busy and rude employees. If you’re going to operate a store in a busy mall, you should consider staffing it appropriately and teaching your employees on how to treat their customers.

I usually never give out reviws, but this was such a horrible experience. Front people/cashiers are awkward, dismissive, and slow. The service was mid AT BEST. Our order was small and simple, and they still managed to mess it up. Lines were long, so I understand a few mistakes, but the WHOLE ORDER was wrong. At least we got the right drinks. (Quick tip: the diet coke tastes funky.) The lines were so long?? The workers weren't wearing gloves, hair nets, nada. Absolutely disgusting. One of the spicy chicken wraps was DRENCHED in oil and sauce, disgusting. I understand that most fast food places are greasy and the long lines must've been tough, but if you were to drive 7 hours without a proper "meal" and you saw what I saw, you'd be pissed off too. Road trip back home was a mess. Moral of the story? Never eat here.
