Just got ripped off. The guy at the register had no idea what he was doing. He told me the payment went through then said it didn't. He was mumbling the whole time so I could barely hear anything they said. Checked my app and I got charged twice and they said they weren't authorized to do refunds.

Awful experience when trying to figure out what was on my receipt. There were items that the kids didn’t order and when I went to the counter to figure it out, the worker who took the order got incredibly nasty with me. I don’t feel like typing out the whole experience, but I just thought it was important to make sure they got one star. If I could give them negative stars, the sky would’ve been the limit.

Horrible experience. One lady with tattoos that is preparing food and handing out orders was talking on the phone the whole time and not listening for customers that needed things. No one could get her attention. Was standing there for 15 min waiting for a drink they forgot. Horrible horrible horrible. Messed up my whole burger. I paid extra for cheese, did not give any. Also did not put any tomato on my whopper. Fries had no salt, Diet Coke was disgusting. Can’t even go and ask for another because the service is horrible.

What A DUMP!!!!! Don't even take cash!!! And then with a credit limit of 3 grand, try telling me I don't have money on my card. The attitude from them scums are unreal. Pulled my account up right in front of them and says must be my card. Funny I spent over a grand after this ordeal with the same card in the same mall. Place is a joke!!!
