Waited 25 mins in the drive through. Had to yell hello x2 for anyone to take my order. Tried to give me someone elses order. Forgot to give me my drink. Once I ate it is didn't have cheese I ordered. The bread was dry and stale. Worse meal I had at burger king.

I got a whopper here just days ago, for dinner, start eating ot on my way home, i was so hungry, and it was FREEZER BURN, the obvious taste of old meat was so disgusting, i stopped at a gas station on my way home & tossed it in the trash & ate a candy bar from this gas station for dinner. It was so bad, i couldn’t even eat it if i was starving. Burger King food, in the 90s, was so delicious. It is sad what it has become. Ive had cold food and burgers in the past decade from there that weren’t that great, but this was disgusting & so unacceptable. A brand new restaurant, serving crap food?? Carroll’s Burger King Corporate needs to have a meeting with QC, I can’t I’m the only one who got this gross burger.

i was one the line at 11:45, got to the window at 11:55, the woman working closed the drive through because she wanted to leave 5 mins early. i told her i had a mobile order, she told me to cancel then walked away from the window. i waited for her to come back, and she disappeared so disrespectful and lazy. needs to be out of customer service if she can’t handle customer service.

very unprofessional and rude staff, the manager was very rude about an order, shouting loudly about it with the other staff, all of them (plus the cook) complaining loud enough to hear outside the drive-through window, just because it was a “large” order. i understand that working fast food is hard, especially with rude customers, but we were not rude at all and did nothing to deserve hearing stuff like that just for ordering a meal. don’t come here unless you want to feel shamed for ordering food at a place where the sole purpose is to order food.
I think this is one of the better BKs in Syracuse because the location on Erie is exposed enough to promote general safety. The shakes, burgers, and fries are all consistently good and it's usually clean. The lady that took my order was particularly friendly which was great.

I decided to try the deal offered for $5.00 to see how it was. There was nothing good about any of this. The drink cup was tiny, similar to a baby size. The 4 onion rings were cold, as was the 4 chicken fingers and burger. The burger especially tasted like it had been sitting around a day or so. This was no deal, it was terrible with no positives. The order also took much longer than others for some reason. I will never do this again but now I know and can help others stay away.
