Their customer service is so bad. They literally yelled at customer for no reason and they didn’t add sausage in the sandwiches . I don’t even want to give one star for that. That made me so angry in early morning.

I placed an online order which you cannot do unless the store is open. Hours posted say 6am open. I arrive at 6:50am and they yell at me with an attitude saying they don’t open until 7. Even after I explained that I was allowed to order online and they should probably get there hours changed on google and the app the lady kept cutting me off. I was late for my destination.

Waited for 10min to order in the drive thru, we ended up just leaving after the 4th song started playing. I asked if she was by herself she said it was very busy and had multiple orders. Well here is a picture of two people on break inside and one was smoking outside and only 2 people in the drive thru and two at the counter ordering and nobody sitting down besides the “workers” inside. I am not one to complain I’ll just wait or leave, but I asked if it would be easier if I came in and she said it wouldn’t make a difference. Just say that yall are all on breaks and I’ll just leave, since you wanted to lie now I’m gonna post with pictures as evidence of your lies.

Food is good. Service was ok. They forget things so u have to look in your bag make sure it's all there. Cookies are old and hard but still taste good. Imagine if they were fresh but it's like they were sitting there for a few days
The service was slow I ordered two sausage bacon biscuits. I watched the guy make the sandwich and when I receive the biscuit egg cheese and bacon . The food was cold and the cheese was not even melted.

The slowest moving drive thru in the history of drive thru. I’m talking 20+ minutes EVERY time. Doesn’t matter the time of day or the amount of cars in line. Food is always as expected and I’m usually not in a hurry so I come back bc it’s close to work for me. Simply amazed at how slow these people are in comparison to everywhere else
