Cannot take a simple order at the register OR handle orders at the drive-thru. If I order a HONEY MUSTARD wrap, you simply do not coat it in REGULAR MUSTARD. Someone at the sandwich station should know that. If I rated any lower, y'all would be in hell right now.

The burger was very good except for an extremely long wait to get my order I do not blame it all the way on the staff since Uber delivery has come around people that come in for takeout orders end up waiting super long now. Also I feel that the restaurant could use a good cleaning. But the staff was very friendly.

This is the Burger King you should go to in Syracuse. The staff is friendly; probably one of the best teams I’ve seen at a BK franchise. They are also very clean. This is the type of Burger King I’m sure corporate sends teams to learn from.

Customer service in the area has gone downhill a lot, but this Burger King is always ontop of it! Betsey cashed me out (or at least that’s the name on the receipt but I think her name started with an H) and she was incredibly bubbly and super sweet. Also the manager is great! While waiting for my food I overheard her encouraging her staff and telling them how good they’re doing.

OK, basically, the food is fine. But WHY don't these people add ketchup to your bag when you order French fries? I always order the impossible whopper with no mayonnaisse. It's good.

I used to love this burger King but recently two times in a row I ordered two sixteen piece chicken nugget meals. The first time I only got sixteen nuggets instead of the thirty two I ordered and the very next time I went and got the same order and only received twenty four... also their fountain drinks always taste like they are out of syrup and have not changed it yet. I will be getting McNuggets from now on.
