Took over 20 minutes to place an order with only one person in front of us in line. Another 25 minutes to then receive our order— two wraps and a burger. Except they gave us the wrong wraps.... Took another 20 minutes to fix it.
Really insane. Saw at least 4 employees. One of them went outside of the building to smoke in a corner and take swigs from a small liquor bottle.... please enforce some semblance of actual work here.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Stopped in around 9:00 PM on a Saturday night to no line. Dining room was closed so I quickly ordered on the speaker and paid. Took 25 minutes to get my food. I could see the food sitting there but the workers did not come to the window. It was so slow, cars behind me who had ordered but not paid just left.

Stopped in for lunch...big mistake! Lady at the counter barely wanted to raise her voice to talk, bathroom was filthy, two ladies in the front had no gloves on, NOT 1 PERSON HAD ON A HAIR NET OR HAT! 🤢🤮 and my food was put together like someone was picking up trash. They poured a 1/4 cup of honey mustard on each chicken wrap, had to use two napkins to wipe it off.
Won’t accept orderes at 947pm and they close at 11 saying they’re trying to get out of there !

Took 15 minutes to get a single sandwich and some chicken fries. The employee seems more concerned with being around it and getting their own food made for themselves/employees that were leaving. Didn’t give receipts. Rude demeanor. Will never go back.

This place is a joke went through the drive thru lady just standing at the window I waited then said hello no responsedidn't even answer me so I went in the cashier was standing there talking 3 minutes went by before she even said anything took my order and then no ice in the machine and still waited for my meal till she finished talking this place is horrible!!!
