Went through the Drive thru this morning, placed my order and pulled to the pay window. I payed and the gentlemen told me it would be a few minutes. I waited and after the few minutes passed, my order was ready and the kind gentlemen explained that the previous order was rather large and for my inconvenience, he included some extras in my order which I greatly appreciated. It takes empathy and honor to recognize these situations and applaud his kind gesture. Thanks for considering my time and accommodating me for it. We'll done!

A spiritual journey I did not sign up for

Look, I came to Burger King for fries and maybe a little bit of joy. Instead, I got food that tasted like it had already lived a full life, paid taxes, and was ready for retirement.

The fries were so old I think they remembered the Housing Market Crash. The burger had the energy of someone who has seen too much. I took one bite and it whispered, “Let me rest.”

The workers were cool though. They gave me my food with a smile that said, “My hands are burned from dropping these fries”

Two stars because the soda machine still slapped and the crown hats never miss. But the food needs to be a little less ancient relic and a little more “freshly made today, not sometime last week.”

I got the fish sandwich combo. I wanted more lettuce on the fish and a lady (brown hair, didn't get name) came out from behind the counter and saw I needed something and asked me. She brought me back a bunch of lettuce! Now that's super customer service!!! Great staff AND food at this location.

Updated from 4 star to 2: When the food is good here, its very good... but unfortunately, eating here off-hours usually means being served inedible food. It's just become a total toss-up whether they hand me fries or chicken fries that are hard/crunchy and edible or fine when outside of 10-6pm.

They deep fry the French fries too fast. I remember when the French fries used to come out as a golden brown. Now there's still yellow and don't even look like they went in and got cooked and the insides are soggy.

I was reluctant to visit this time because of the poor service I recieved on a prior visit. Well I am happy I gave it another chance and as you can see I am giving it five stars today. Great job, I did need to wait around 10 minutes because they were prioritizing drive thru. A little ironic as my last really bad review was actually about waiting in drive thru...... Anyway the manager tossed fries in the bag for the extra wait. Without any sign of being upset about the wait or anything, which I was at first. A little goes a long way in my book. Even though I had to wait, his professionalism got his store a five star today and removed a one star from the review ranks. GOOD JOB BK!!!!!

830 pm on 10/24 sat waiting for someone to answer the drive thru speaker for 10 mins. No one ever answered went to the window for someone to be standing there ignoring customers. 3 other cars also drove off

Long wait to place the order. Longer wait to get the food. I was told they ran out of tomato. So even a basic order was wrong. The food was ice cold. No napkins and no receipt given.horrible customer service!
