Went through the drive through to grab a quick lunch for my daughter, kids chicken nugget meal and a cheeseburger. Service was average. Food was average. Order was correct. We enjoyed the ‘toy’ that came with the meal! It was the card game ‘go fish.’ We had a blast playing it when we got home. Thank you not another little plastic toy, this was original and created a family game night out of it.

The cashier offered me a cheaper way to get the same food I ordered, saving me over $5!!! She offered me to get the trio deal twice instead of the meals I ordered.

Service was pretty quick taking my order also came out in a very reasonable manner.... Ketchup dispenser was empty I asked at the counter for more ketchup I was given plenty of ketchup packets with a smile..... Whoppers french fries soda all to my expectations everything that we expected.....

One time i told them no pickles, because my husband have pickles allergies but they still put them, they need to be more serious about health issues with customer
The manager Samantha likes to over charge you. Then when you are trying to explain she offers you a 10% discount. If you actually had your product that's advertised on your menu available until 1030 and not 945. This issue wouldn't of happen. But unfortunately management has a hard time managing the kitchen area per the drive thru girl. Oh and I'm still waiting on a call back from Betsey to discuss this matter.

We went thru the drive thru. The wait was well over 20 minutes. The car in front of us was so pissed he drove off! 😤 The employee was obviously stressed and miserable and very rude. The fries and nuggets were fresh. However the buns on the whoppers and chicken sandwiches were dried out hard stale and falling apart in crumbs. Sorry BK but you definitely didn't score too many points with my family tonight.
