Cafe kubal is our go to place for coffee, brunch sandwiches whether we order through Grubhub or we are walking in. They are super quick and have always been super nice! They also just expanded so it's much bigger with an extra room where you can sit and do work! When we order for delivery, everything comes wrapped, tidy, and still warm. Some of their sandwiches have changed and are not updated on the menu; however, they are very good at calling you for substitutions, which is greatly appreciated. The past two times when we have ordered, our coffee was made incorrectly and a sandwich was incorrect. Maybe a glitch! But their coffee is great even with nothing extra in it!!

Cookies always hard never fresh. I usually have a good experience with the coffee. Until today, a young man didn’t mix my latte or add any toppings that came with the specialty drinks.. Seems like they leave a lot of new hires to work alone.

Summary: over priced ($8.10 for a 12oz iced latte, non dairy milk and no tip. they charge extra to make a drink iced vs hot.....I've lived in 3 states and have never seen this) Ordered one of the fall lattes. It was good, a bit sweet for my taste and there was an abundance of cinnamon on top. Maybe this was because there was 4 other people in line behind me and they were trying to get through the drink orders to help other customers. I also asked how many shots come in the 16oz vs 12oz and it was very confusing the way they explained it so I'm not sure if I got 2 shots or 1 shot of espresso ??

This coffee place is a gem! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile even if you ask for something not on the menu. Plus, the coffee is simply superb. Highly recommended! ☕?

During my business trips, i'm always on the hunt for the best coffee shop in the city that I'm visiting. On this particular trip I tried five different coffee shops and it came down to Cafe Kubal & Recess Coffee. Both are different in comparison, not overwhelmingly good but still very worthy of a visit. My go to is the cappuccino. To me is like judging a good Italian restaurant by how good they make a lasagna. To me, Kubal might get the edge over Recess for its distinct taste, but it's close, in the end you cant go wrong with either one. I'll give Recess the nod on ambiance, much more comfy and inviting. If you are bouyei with your coffee, give Kubal a try. It's a solid option.

Their breakfast sandwich was SPOT ON! *chef's kiss* The everything bagel was so soft and fresh, the chili mayo was absolutely key, and the egg was perfect. Their breakfast wrap was also delicious. Great mocha latte and coffee too ? ?? ?Vegetarian options: I asked for the breakfast sandwich without meat. They were happy to do that.
We really enjoyed our visit here and we usually make it a point to come to this location when we're in town as it's convenient for the places we stay near carrier circle. They have awesome drinks and food with good prices. They have cute art for sale all over the place that you can buy and we got a super cute cat picture. There are a good number of tables and chairs to eat inside and some tables outside as well. My only complaint about this place is the one staff member with the blonde /brown hair. She's got a bad attitude and is very rude to customers and seems genuinely unhappy to be there. I'm bringing it up only because it's now happened three consecutive times we've visited which is saying something because that's over a period of 3 consecutive years....

We stopped in to this Cafe Kubal on a wends early afternoon.we had never been to this location . A young man and young woman were working.We frequently go to Manlius and North Syracuse locations ( which we love) The ambience was very different at this location. No one was speaking . Neither staff member spoke to us.We had to pull answers from the young man at register and he couldn't answer questions about coffee. We order Lg Carmel late , and light roast reg. Med coffees. We ordered 2 scones, Blueberry Jalapeño. And Strawberry. Both were dry and seemed stale . ( we have gotten this many times b4 at other Cace Kubals) When I asked about the art work the girl said . Well what does the tag say? I used the small bathroom. The were no towel and basket was overflowing!We were very disappointed !I

I love this new Kubal shop! It is so pleasant and beautifully decorated but the atmosphere is made better by the friendly and helpful staff. And of course, coffee drinks are the best and menu items very satisfying! Location is excellent with easy parking.
