This location makes Syracuse feel like home. Their daily barista always remembers my order whenever I walk in. After moving to this city this is a place that brings community to Syracuse. I love trying all their new experimental drinks and walking into a place that makes this city feel like home.

Just read your health inspection report. Fire your managers immediately. There is absolutely no way that ANYONE with at least 2 months of Food Service Experience would have allowed any of this. Stop hiring for personalities and hire for competency. I'm disgusted I've been here so often. Never again.

This is not a cappuccino... it's just coffee with milk.
Can’t compare to Erie BLVD location.

Best coffee in town. They also use very good bread and bagels. Loved it so much, I kept walking half an hour to get their coffee and food. Very kind and welcoming staff as well. Definitely coming back when I am in town again.

After Covid they went down hill I assume that’s why they closed the rest of their cafes. Inconsistent coffee, slow to get it, changed their food menu 100 different times. They used to have solid coffee and sandwiches. Once they opened the north Syracuse location it was all down hill. No one could make a regular iced latte consistent it never had enough syrup and I’m not a sweet person but I like a bit of vanilla in my latte never had a problem until that location. Service was extremely slow and something was always being messed up in an order. Also once they got rid of the breakfast bagel sandwiches and got those god awful “pockets” 🤢. No longer can enjoy a small coffee shop latte no one good left.

Decided to try this place out today on my morning walk. I have been wanting a matcha latte all week and decided to satisfy the craving today. I had a medium ice matcha latte with almond milk, brown sugar syrup and sweet cream foam. Matcha flavor was great not too overpowering. I would have like my drink a little sweeter but that was probably my fault. I didn’t say how many pumps of brown sugar. I love the aesthetic of the place and its very quiet, also as soon as I walked in someone took my order. I think it’s a nice place for a coffee date. I would most likely try this place again but will not make it a habit because it is costly but I’m not really shocked about the price due to all the inflation. I paid 8 something for my drink which is the price I would probably pay at any other place. The cheaper route is making it at home but it’s ok to splurge once in a blue moon.
