After Covid they went down hill I assume that’s why they closed the rest of their cafes. Inconsistent coffee, slow to get it, changed their food menu 100 different times. They used to have solid coffee and sandwiches. Once they opened the north Syracuse location it was all down hill. No one could make a regular iced latte consistent it never had enough syrup and I’m not a sweet person but I like a bit of vanilla in my latte never had a problem until that location. Service was extremely slow and something was always being messed up in an order. Also once they got rid of the breakfast bagel sandwiches and got those god awful “pockets” 🤢. No longer can enjoy a small coffee shop latte no one good left.

For a place to be called a cafe at least make sure you can call what ever you are serving as coffee can be called « coffee ».
The bagel was decent.

This place used to be really great. They have drastically reduced the menu, removing a number of sandwiches and wraps, including the vegan wrap. The bathroom toilet was clogged, there was no soap in the bathroom, and there were no napkins in the napkins dispenser. What happened to this place?

When I walked in the cashier didn’t even bother to speak. I said hello and she just stared back. It takes much longer than it used to for a sandwich and coffee. The price is getting more outrageous by the day. I wish I could say this was a one time thing, but the past few times here the customer service has been awful.

Wanted a breakfast sandwich, but they’re out of eggs. Ordered a bagel w/ cream cheese that came in a paper wrap with hardly any cream cheese. I’ve had better bagged bagels from the supermarket. Oh, and there is someone sleeping on the sofa that is clearly not a paying customer.

Solid, chocolatey iced mocha. It's a little on the industrial side, and could use a little warmth, but overall good impression on my first visit. Apparently, all but one of the flavor shot flavors, is made in house. So, thumbs up on that one

I am SO OVER this company! After closing Auburn and Eastwood both, they randomly decide to shut down Sweetheart Corner too, in the middle of a work week, with literally no notice. Because we now had no location nearby (Sweetheart and Eastwood being our usual go to's), we drove out on our day off to the Water Street location just to enjoy a coffee at our has-been favorite cafe. We arrived at 12:35, only to find it closed early for the day, with no sign or anything even explaining why! It was supposedly open until 1:00, even said so on the hours listed on the door. I'm so done with the lack of staffing, the random employees who know what they're actually doing getting fired, the closings without notice, and more. This guy seriously needs someone to consult or straight up run his business for him!

Great atmosphere and the best espresso in Syracuse. If you are into Italian espresso you can not miss this place in Syracuse.

Very nice, cozy spot on a very rainy morning. Coffee with a Carmel shot was wonderful.

The service was great but they were out of ingredients for most of the food and drink options we wanted. Also, we went to get a few hours of work done but they closed within 30 min of us getting there and the server didn’t mention it.

Woefully understaffed. The only person working there was too busy talking on their phone to help the people waiting for their orders or waiting in line. Not worth the price.

Decent place for a morning breakfast and a Latte
My daughters tried the Bagel and the oatmeal and I had the bagel and coffee .
It was good and a easy walk from the restaurant.
Plenty of space to seat and enjoy a morning coffee and was not crowded
