Saturday hours are listed online at 7am went out of my way to get a coffee this morning only to arrive and have a sign up saying not open until 8am. Needless to say I had to drive further out of my way for coffee and was almost late for work. But I would have picked a different coffee place not so out of the way for my way for work if Id known they werent open ar 7 am on Saturday. Not a great start for me when having to work early Saturday during the holidays

I asked for a medium hot Carmel latte wife said was great. I asked for a medium hot black coffee with a couple of ice cubes. I got coffee and it was so hot I asked for a few more ice cubes so I could drink it and they took it and must have put a whole scoop of ice in it so now I had a coffee flavored ice water. HORRIBLE.... I PAID $11.88 and left a $2 tip. Won't be stopping there again..... I can get same coffee here for $7.50 for two larges the way we ask for it ...

The muffins are not fresh. They are warm on the outside and frozen on the inside. Everuthing is expensive and overpriced. I ordered a wrap and an OJ then I was told they do not have the ingredients to make my order and suggested a non vegan non kosher alternative to my order. Don't go there. Service is awful!
Vegetarian options: No vegan or vegetarian options regardless what the menu says.

Today I pulled into the driveway. I was the only person in line person asked if I could wait a moment. That moment ended up being 10 minutes but no biggie. I understood that they might be busy took my order promptly around. I gave him my money and tipped this is where the nightmare began as I sat in that driveway for another 30 minutes Waiting on a single large latte. Finally, somebody else came to the window with some breakfast sandwiches where I informed him I had been in line for a total 40 minutes waiting for a single large latte. He apologize gave me my latte and told me that they’ve been swamped. I understand delays with being busy but 40 minutes for a single coffee is outrageous. I will say the workers were nice and courteous and my coffee was made correctly. I don’t know if I’m going to come back with an experience like that.

The location is convenient and has a drive thru. I prefer the iced lattes, specifically the maple vanilla and the mocha. They have delicious bagel sandwiches. Their employees are always pleasant, and the wait is never terribly long. I believe they do have order ahead, but not for all of the items that they offer. They have both booths and tables.
Nothing like the downtown location. Place with filthy.

Saturday at 9:00 a.m Stopped in from traveling thru for coffee and something small to eat and catch up on a little computer work. Note, we left at 10:00 a.m
Upon entering not a vibe in her at all. Place was ok inside, area could certainly have been cleaner. Came for coffee and scone or something to eat. As you can see in pictures, cases for this was all but empty. We ordered coffee and asked about scone or what was labeled to be in case and was told “they were cooling in the back”. Again, it is 9:00 a.m. on a Saturday morning. Note, we Left at 10:00 a.m. and still Nothing in case put out. Coffee was pretty good.
Went to restroom and no toilet paper in either room. I informed them and it seemed as I was asking a crazy question. I had to come out and ask if they could put some in. He did agree. He then put One small roll in bathroom. Dollar General size roll. Bathroom was dirty.

Atmosphere - the vibe, well, no vibe really. No music of any kind, quieter side. Note, when we left they did put in some Music that was low.

The coffee was amazing! The cashier was very polite and the service was great. I go all the time before school and it has been consistently great. Atmosphere was very nice and there was gentle music playing in the background. I love the decor and the vibe in there!
