For the price, I was expecting this tiramisu to give me super powers. But instead, I got a soggy mess. This was not fresh and was so very bland. I don’t get the hype. My kid got one of their cake slices and the ratio of cake to frosting was so off and cake itself was DRY. My goodness! This is def a place you visit once to see what it’s about and then don’t come again.

It’s cute atmosphere, but I don’t believe their reviews. There’s no way. Colored cardboard, frozen cool whip, soggy lady fingers, 75% ice and 5 bobas in a cup of boba, etc etc…. Nope nope nope.

Perfect place to grab latte and breakfast.
Loved the atmosphere. Very comfy and cozy.
Staff was very welcoming and professional. Very clean. Best lattes I’ve had.

If you’ve never tried the strawberry matcha from Cake Bar, you have to! I wasn’t even a fan of matcha before, but this drink completely changed my mind. It’s honestly the best I’ve ever had!!! I could drink it every single day! The customer service is immaculate. There was a short line, but it moved quickly. The atmosphere is so calming and cozy. I especially loved all the plants around the café. Their menu is huge too, with so many delicious options to choose from. I can’t wait to go back and try more!

Ordered an iced chrysanthemum tea with mixed fruit jelly. Total came out to be around $4.50. I asked for this sweetened and it was sweetened perfectly. The tea was very fragrant and refreshing. Great service and delicious tea. I would definitely come back again!

One of the best dessert places you can find in Syracuse! I got the banana pudding and it tasted home made! Go early though because they do sell out of some of their deserts. The worker was so friendly and it was the perfect location. It really adds to the food hall, giving it a good place for a sweet treat after dinner!

Cake.bar has extra help on Saturday good idea. Now maybe some chocolate scented aromas wild flowers in the market may have them. Workers if can greet people walking by they want to buy and a little hello will increase sales. I promise as your customer who loves your pies. I want you to sell good

Should be illegal to have so many tempting treats in one place. Everything is a work of art and culinary masterpiece.

I didn't think I would be content paying four dollars for a cupcake until I came here. I had a Nutella cupcake with cherry infused and I ate it quite savagely. This place reminds me of those boutique bakeries in bigger cities. I also had another chocolate cupcake with berries. It's soooo good. ???

I have eaten at the stand alone Cake Bar with no issues, their larger store is so beautifully decorated and the atmosphere is very relaxing. But unfortunately I seem to have had the same issue as other customers have had with this location inside of Salt City. The Lotus cake it self was beautiful but it tasted like the refrigerator. My piece of cake was old and hard. I am just disappointed as I do not live anywhere near Syracuse and being able to stop by the Cake Bar after a hard Dr's visit is something I really look forward to.

This place is such a gem!!!!!!! I had the tiramisu latte and it was seriously so delicious. I had it 75%sweet as well. Was hands down the best lattes I ever had. The foam they have is also to die for. It was super busy but it was honestly worth the wait. It was about 20 mins when I received my beverage that also came with the perfect lady finger for dipping. Will be coming back to try the crème brûlée ? latte next. And all the desserts and food looked so good. Can’t wait to try a dessert. They also had some tasty looking tiramisu with rum and coffee drink !!!

Girl working her Sun 7/7 at 2pm took 17 minutes to make a *single* drink for one person, with a line of three other customers waiting. Didn’t make eye-contact with anyone — at all. Acted like nothing happened when I got to the counter.

Located inside Salt City Market, the whole place is nice and inviting to sit down and enjoy your food.

Unfortunately, my cupcake seemed to be old, it was dry and didn’t taste like anything. I wish I was as good as it looked ?

Best matcha latte in town, best cafe for working/reading/relaxing, and delightful pastries and desserts made fresh in house.

Love the book selection they have for customers. It feels like a library, and there’s something for everyone so it doesn’t feel like an afterthought.

The food is just as good as their drinks. Great loose leaf tea options, and after sampling many matcha lattes around town, I’m confident to say that Cake Bar does it best! The plain and almond croissants are flaky and delicious, and I’m planning to work my way through the rest of the menu including a yummy looking chicken pot pie!
