The egg coffee is by far the best cup of coffee in Syracuse. Attentive staff that takes care of the place. Cake bar is one of the only establishments here that treats its customers with respect. Not a wobbly table or cigarette butt in the place. Oh and everything tastes delicious and prices are fair. Good for sweets, sandwiches, bubble tea, etc. Plus books everywhere, good cafe music, and plenty of seating.

The blueberry cream cake was trash — the cake itself was dry, the frosting & blueberry layer in the middle barely had any flavor. Disappointing since a slice was $10…HOWEVER, the boba was delicious. Cute atmosphere.

I always think they're better when its not busy so I suggest that but still always delicious and enjoyable. The crème brulee, taro coconut, Vietnamese ice coffee, taro espresso, almond croissant, and slutty brownie are my faves.

I ordered 5 lemon iced bundt cakes for an employee luncheon. Not only is this the best cake I've ever had, but they were gorgeous! The staff is friendly, responsive, and professional. This experience was way better than I could have imagined. I can't comment on the inside, because someone else picked up my order on my behalf but thank you so much for making this event such a hit!

I came to this establishment a couple days ago and purchased a sliced of their strawberry rhubarb cake and all i can say is the cake taste like wood the icing wasn't icing at all and for the price they charge is diabolical ($11.00 a slice). Don't get me wrong the place is decorated very lovely but if all their pastries taste like that you don't have to worry about me ever going back

Came in to get crab Rangoon roll, upon walking up to the display where they were, there was flies flying around and landing on the food specifically the crab Rangoon, Abby who was working came up to the display case and fanned them away and replied “that’s nasty” so then I asked if they had any in the back she said “yes” so the cashier rung up the order then proceeded to ask Abby” Where are the crab Rangoon in the back” she told him “give them the ones up there”(the display case that she said herself was nasty) “If they don’t want those they don’t get anything” I was appalled, “I didn’t want to argue or make a scene so we just asked for a refund” I won’t be back, it’s shameful because I really Love the place but poor customer service,. I’ll just save my coins.
Great idea, great space but staff needs some more training. No customer interaction at all. Not even the bare minimum. Everyone looks miserable to be working here. I usually tip pretty generously but didn’t feel moved to today. Happy looking space but the vibe is off. Staff is not welcoming at all.

I can say this place is cute and the cashier was polite and friendly . The pastries look great as well as the drinks, the downside was the wait time.We came in a Sunday evening not too busy ordered 4 pastries that was already made and 3 drinks. We were the only ones in line at the moment and waited 40 minutes for our order.The drinks were quite good but I think the pastries were average for the price . The raspberry lemon cake was on the dry side with not really a lemon flavoring , the mango cheese cake you didn’t really taste any mango just cheese cake, the matcha strawberry cake had a strong taste of matcha which is most likely to be expected but the cake is more on the dry side , we did enjoy the dolce de Leche mousse . Overall it was an okay experiment but because the wait time is so long I don’t think we would be back to enjoy the experience again.
