2 hr and waiting for a calzone

Extremely inconsistent. There is a strong chance that your order will by mysteriously "lost" in fact 3/5 of my orders never even arrived but here is the kicker about the last one. I called after my food was 30 mins late to make sure it wasn't one of those types of situations where my food doesn't arrive. The gentleman who answers the phone tells me he is unsure of where my order is but he will check for me and after 5mins he tells me the order is on the way. An hour passes by and the restaurant would be closing in 15mins so I call again to ask about my order. This time a girl answers my call and she tells me that orders have been mysteriously disappearing (ooo spooky). So yeah you have it folks its ethier this place is haunted with regular visits of the paranormal that happens to be craving my calzones or this place sucks. Up for you to decide.

I love this restaurant! They are open late and never had a single issue. There calzones are Delicious!

This place is true garbage. Save yourself the trouble of ever ordering from here. My order was over an hour late. It was wrong. And worst of all when I called after 30 minutes of it being late, the person who answered hung up on me. After I called a second time the female on the line was rude, didnt apologize and stated the order left 15 minutes ago.. 40 MINUTES after I called the second time. It showed up Cold,wrong and when I tood the driver (who was from the "restaurant " she was over an hour late. She strolled off and under her breath stated : yes were running late tonight. And just left.. Never ever ordering from here againZero stars

Just got a delivery order almost 2 hours late. Tried calling the restaurant and no one picked up. Delivery driver called and said he almost drove away because no one answered the phone (honestly didn’t think it was coming at that point so the phone wasn’t nearby). The food is cold, so obviously it was sitting around for awhile before being delivered. There was no update from them either. Don’t order from here if you want delivery.

On a Saturday afternoon this winter, a friend and I stopped in for a calzone. We had a two-for-one coupon for the paper for me to treat my friend. When the order was rung up, it was full price. Someone came from the back to get it right. There was only one other customer in the large dining area. Our calzones came quickly. They were very large and delicious. Without the coupon I am not sure I would pay the price.

Terrible delivery experience, took 3 hours for 1 of there knockoff calzones Nd cinnamon sticks lol..then everything was cold. Never ordering here again on bro. Would not recommend!!

If you want your order wrong, cold food, and terrible customer service, this is your place! And for them to then argue with me when I called asking where my food is after waiting an hour for my food.

I ordered from this restaurant days ago, was double charged for my order.. Since that day I have had nothing but problems trying to get my own money back. As if it wasn't bad enough that the food was wasted because it wasn't good quality food. The employee's don't even care when you have an issue nor do they want to help you. They think what they have to say is far more important than the customer. How should i have this much trouble getting my own money back? It's not like I am asking for the money back for terrible food! I am asking for the money back that was taken from my account with no right! I was even told I would have to accept a store credit instead of my money. How is this acceptable?

Do not order this if you want the correct order, for it to be on time, and good customer service. Our order was 30 mins late, was missing an item, and was soggy and cold. When I called to inform them they forgot something , they tried to argue with me claiming that I never ordered it. This was the Marshall St location.

Driver was very polite and was on time. Got exactly what I asked for and was still hot upon arrival. Highly recommend. ☺️
