Finally stopped in after passing by it countless times. Great cookies and bread. Not overly sweet like a lot of modern bakeries. Everything had just the amount of flavor to it. Well done! 😃

with great service. Patient and accommodating as I walked in to get items I should have called ahead for. All the teachers and staff I gifted to loved the cookies very much.
Also, after seeing another review below, their boxes are like you find in most bakeries and stay closed fine. The daughter who was home for the holidays and helping out even added ribbon around my boxes for me since I was gifting. Thank you!

This absolutely wonderful bakery started in Solvay, in the former Bianchi Pizza shop around the corner from my residence. I can still remember walking down to the bakery and getting a loaf of soft Italian bread for my Mom and myself. With a little bit of butter we seemed to devour the loaf in short order. This is truly another Solvay/Syracuse treasure. They have fresh pizza dough for purchase, along with Italian desserts and stuffed breads. Get it fresh out of the oven around...
