Charleys Cheesesteaks

I got the 6 bone in wings and fries what supposed to be lemon pepper wasn’t really tasting the flavor, they was more oily than having any lemon pepper on it. Next time I’ll just try a sauce.the loaded fries tho delicious

I get to the counter to pick up my order I say to the man excuse me sir 3x!!! He looked at me and ignored me he has horrible service but the food is amazing so it's a toss up

First time having Charleys and it was delicious!

I really have no idea how there are such high reviews. This was literally the nastiest cheese steak I ever tried. The coke I got didn’t even taste like coke it tasted like fake coke you get from a bar as a mixer and the sandwich was so dry and disgusting I couldn’t even eat it. 20 bucks for a large and a coke and it all went in the trash.

I frequent Charley’s during my work breaks and have always gotten the mall employee discount with no issues. When I stopped by today and, again, mentioned the mall employee discount, I was rudely told “no” because I was given the special and then the woman went off in her language which I assume was her speaking negatively about me. I’m a Manager at my store and could not imagine being this nasty with a customer. I won’t be coming back after today.

biggest waste of $15 in my life. The meat was dry as a bone. The bread didn't hold up to the messiness of the sandwich. Bland, flavorless and gross. Fries were lukewarm and unseasoned. Best part of my meal was the Dr. Pepper. 0/10

Charley’s Philly Steak in Destiny USA mall , Syracuse is a quick brunch place to stop by when you are in the mall. It’s prepared in front of your eyes on the open counter. We tried the chicken Philly for our lunch and it was pretty good, we also got some French fries as side so that we feel full. During the mall visit you could try this as a brunch for some energy.

The food wasn't to bad, the buffalo wings were nothing special, Philly steak sub was ok, the roll itself was super soft though, overall not great but not bad

This location has the absolute worst employees ever. Terrible attitudes. They mess up my order every time and blame me for their incompetence. They advertise prices for combos and purposely misring them to not honor sale price. Jessica has a DISGUSTING and DEPLORABLE attitude that ruins the atmosphere and makes me not want to eat here.

My husband toddler and I went to order A quick snack before heading back on the road .we tried to order on the kiosk but it said there was something wrong processing the order and to tell the employee before hitting “close”. We did that and the woman snapped back “I don’t know notthin bout that,try again” I told her if said to alert an employee so there was nothing to “try again”. I suggested to my husband that we go elsewhere since this woman was clearly more interested in being annoyed and sharing attitude then she was getting an order . He unfortunately didn’t catch on and asked if we could verbally order . Once again we annoyed her with that request. My husband ordered cajan fries and instead of mixing the spices ,a boat load of spices were just dumped on top, leaving the bottom bare and the top inedibly salty. The cherry on top was the woman charged us twice when my husband checked his credit card . Nasty employees , half effort food and pricey. I’m very disappointed with this location and hope they don’t show this lack of care to any other family

Surprisingly good cheesesteaks for being something quick to grab at the mall. Fairly priced too. Use the app for rewards and quicker ordering.
