Ordered a chicken tender combo, get to the table no fries in box. Go back uo and tell them we never got fries and the guy didnt believe me and told me to bring him the box. So i brought the box up, the guy literally took 3 tenders out of my box that was served already to me(violates health code) put them back with the other chicken and puts fries in the box. He could see us where we were seated so he clearly knew we never got the fries.

I just bought fries, and chicken tenders with a side of Mac and Cheese from here, not even an hour ago just to get home to find hair fried in my chicken tenders and the Mac and Cheese is horrible. This is not good enough and no one answered the phone I am pissed.

Okay, let me drop a bit of reality here....As far a Mall Food Court dining options go, Chicken Now is by far one of the better ones. I've eaten here a few times and although it takes a little longer to get your food than a majority of the other options, I'm good with that as they cook your chicken to order. Nothing sitting around. For me, that's key. So, if you're in a rush then perhaps you need to consider other options. But, if your willing to wait, then it's worth it.It's been my experiences that the chicken has always been crispy and juicy. I've not had a bad experience or a poor meal.Now, it's not the healthiest, but let's keep it real- it's fast food...it is what it is.My Son typically opts for one of the three ready to good "Asian" style option, but today - he became a convert and proclaimed Chicken Now his new favorite Chicken Tender restaurant.Check it out and tell me your thoughts.

I could have gotten better chicken at Burger King and it would have been cheeper. The chicken tenders I got here was kinda chewy and bland and the buffalo sause was gross and didn’t really have any flavor either or spice to it. I only eat like three out of the six tenders. Not very good.

Best fried chicken in town! The crispy fries are so fresh. Everything tastes so amazing with the grandma sauce. Kids always enjoy riding the carousel after meal.

I've ate at this restaurant for years and they never disappoint! The staff are always friendly and eager to help. The price did rise a bit compared to a few years ago, but it's to be expected especially since their food got better. Great place to eat!

Food is great if a little pricy. The service was fast. Placed my order and it was upImmediately. Would be nice if a drink was included in The combo price but no problem. The chicken is worth it.

Pretty good for food court chicken! The food was fresh and the staff were super nice. ‘Grandma’ sauce was quite tasty with the chicken. Overall, it was a bit pricy for what you get, but for a quick food stop, we’d recommend giving it a try.

BEST FOOD I HAVE EVER TASTED!!! The chicken tenders and fries + THE SAUCE are so incredible. I could drink the sauce by itself, it goes with anything and everything. The fries and tenders are perfect, the mac n cheese is good too!

Not worth $10 for a chicken sandwich, it was good, but way too small, never got the soda I ordered either. It is a little better than mcdonalds chicken sandwich, but costs like $5 more. The fries were good too
