50/50 you'll get a exceptional worker or one higher than mount everest. Either way, be kind to them. They deal with too much shoot from rude students.
Quite literally the most disgusting chipotle I have ever been to. First, stood at the counter waiting several minutes before anyone even surfaced from the back to take my order. There was zero personality with anyone working there - no friendly smile or hello or anything, just coldly took my order and rushed through it even though it was only my husband and I waiting to order. Served the tiniest bowl ever and then start eating it and learn that the rice is rock solid and completely inedible as it probably sat there for hours upon hours with nobody switching it out. Their water fountain was broken also. We couldn’t even eat our food and ended up tossing it. Also, the bathrooms are beyond disgusting, they appear to have never been cleaned before. Do better.
Commercials are really good . Makes one want to go there . I’ve been there twice and both the food and service were terrible . They advertise food made fresh daily but both times my food tasted and looked absolutely week old . I’ll never be fooled by those commercials again .

I ordered online for dinner. A burrito bowl, chips and queso . I do not eat beef as it is against our beliefs and my queso had chunks of beef in it, the chips were drenched in salt. I Lost my appetite after looking at that. For a big restaurant chain sets the wrong tone with how the food standard is maintained.

The rice was uncooked, the chicken was burnt and whenever I do online order it’s never even halfway full. They try to charge me for more rice when they didn’t even give me two spoonfuls. Honestly never going here again and you shouldn’t either terrible customer service.

Really unfortunate I am writing this as Chipotle was my favorite restaurant -
Stopped in for my normal Steak bowl on a busy day a few weeks ago. Got back to my table to eat and realized there was Barbacoa, not steak in it. I brought it up to the register to show them, but they did not offer to re-do the bowl b/c it had been already paid for.
In a rush to make the football game and because it was really busy, I said whatever and ate the bowl. Was fine until about 6AM the next day when I had the worst food poisoning of my life - so much so that I ended up with severe dehydration and needed medical intervention.
Its really unfortunate that this experience ruined my favorite restaurant for me.
