My dad brings my kid here often. We have a membership. The team members are SO NICE! They greet kiddo by name and stop to chat sometimes. I also like the new playground addition and my kiddo LOVES IT!

I just had my daughter’s 4th birthday party here last weekend and although we had a great time and made the best of it , who ever was working absolutely did not do there job! We were supposed to get goodie bags and did not, a special birthday cup and birthday tote bag and did not receive either of those either , “unlimited soft drinks “ with NO cups for any of the kids to even actually get a drink! We were supposed to have a “dedicated party host” and did not. We had to ask more than once about the dip n dots that were also supposed to be included in the package. To pay for a birthday party that is supposed to include specific things for it to not have half the stuff it includes is absolutely nuts!!!! Extremely unprofessional and extremely disappointing.

We had such a great time for our daughter Ella'Gance birthday. It was super clean . The kids had a ball and made a few friends along the way . We even got photos with Chuck E. 🤗🧁🥳❤️

We went to this location for my son’s birthday, and even though we were the only customers for most of our visit (Monday during lunch time in September when most kids are in school), the staff were friendly and answered all my questions. The food we ordered was hot and fresh, and brought out within a reasonable time. They gave us birthday hats and a bib for my son when it came time to eat cake. Lastly, they were gracious enough to ‘wake up’ Chuck E., so he could make a personal appearance for my son before we had to leave. It was a fun and memorable occasion, and we appreciate all the effort from the staff that made it possible!

Food was good. That's why there is an extra star. However, the same girl every weekend is there with the most miserable look and attitude. Glasses and a unkempt low ponytail. She should not be working in customer service at all! When I come there during the weeky service is much better. We see Chuck e cheese in person on the weekdays but as soon as this chick comes to work we never see Chuck e because axxording to her it's too slow to be doing that even though two days prior we went in and we were the only one there for hours and he came out. And then the following time the worker asked us if we wanted him to dress up before we had to leave. Weekdays are best. because let's me real she couldn't handle doing the costume like some of her fellow workers there. She is completely clueless as to what is actually going on around her. She over prices for items I buy with tickets and she is just a plain miserable and unpleasant human being and makes our experience there SUCK every time she is there. Manager wasn't there. Unfortunately it's the only Chuck e cheese near my home. But does anyone actually handle these employees or they all just on the back laughing about how crappy they treat you Syracuse NY location Again only have bad experiences on the weekend

The place was spacious and clean! Most of all the staff there were so friendly and kind. It was our first time and we didn't quite understand the system but they explain everything to us one at a time!

We arrived at 745 and waited for 20 mins before I had to go and find someone to ring us up. By then it was 8:06pm giving us 63 mins of free play. They DID NOT STAMPS ANY OF PUR HANDS! However. They closed all the games down at 8:55pm while my children were all in the middle of playing a game. When I seen the workers watching us as they did this they were snickering and laughing about it. Our cards still had 16 mins of play still and we asked what we do with the extra time and they said they closed at 9 and it wasn’t their problem. We asked if they could at least cash in our tickets we earned and they refused and left us standing there in the lobby while they all disappeared to the back. Half the games were broken or had missing parts. The fact that they didn’t stamp our hands for security, games were missing pieces and they didn’t care much about customer service made this experience awful! Maybe come during the day time I guess because night crew does not care about you. Just their paycheck
