My son had a blast at his BFF's birthday party! He Loved the 2hr unlimited play of all the games!
Unfortunately, there was an odor of old urine and fishy BO when we first walked in the door. Guessing the smell is from the old carpets that have been in there for decades.

★★☆☆☆
The Chuck E. Cheese on Erie Boulevard in Syracuse is overcrowded, disorganized, and poorly managed. The facility smells like weed/pot, and the manager is often yelling at employees, creating a tense atmosphere. While the games are fun for kids, the overall experience falls short due to poor cleanliness and chaotic operations. Improvements in organization are badly needed.

After and only after we paid for the kids bracelets and then tried to order food where we told oh can’t order food because our water is out. I looked it gentleman and I said OK not a problem. Do you have bottled water? He said yes and we were really just going there for the kids to play, but at that point I said to the kids let use the bathroom facilities first and then you guys can play, he says well if we have no water, you can’t use the bathroom either no food and no bathroom. I was very upset. I have a three year-old granddaughter who’s potty training and end up after being there for 45 minutes to an hour having to leave we had bathroom , I did not go somewhere after to use the bathroom and go back to the shoes. I’m very upset that they were open. Can’t eat or use the bathroom.
It's okay. They need more people working there.

I'll be honest the food is sneaky good. Was not expecting it to be as good as it is. We have had the pizza and the boneless wings mostly. There aren't a ton of games, but there are enough to kill the boredom for a few hours a couple times a month. If you have a lot of kids I recommend the season pass or whatever it's called.

So very disappointed in Chuckle E Cheeses. There was a time you could book a party and everything was included. NOW if you want to even have a host, you have to pay an outrageous fee per kid. My grand daughter had a party there today and to try and save money, a party was booked without a host (how is that even possible?) Not only that, but you would think that the bouncy house would be included with a party. NOPE! The kids saw the bouncy house and we were told that it cost $8 per child to bounce. Try telling a kid “NO” at a party. There was no organization and I even had to ask for a pitcher for drinks so the kids didnt have to keep going to the fountain for them. Pizza was not included so we also had to pay extra for that as well and it was still cheaper. A party for 10kids ended up costing over $400 and that was with no extras! Never again Chuck E Cheese. You are a complete rip off. It’s a good thing the kids didnt notice how bad it was.
Really bad customer service, I waited at least 30 minutes to play with the machines cause the girl was new and had no idea what she was doing. They forgot my ranch, my water and they couldn’t fix the broken machines.

Place is run by a bunch of kids. (Seriously all under 18). They seem to be lost and don't have any sense of work ethic or direction. This place is horrible. Took an hour for them to put their cell phones down and make a simple large pizza. You are better off having fun at a crack house than this place. When you ask the staff anything, they seem like they don't have the brain cells to formulate a response.

I'd like to start by saying I will never come to this establishment ever again! Went for a 7yr old's birthday party. Never felt more uncomfortable with the host that was continuously flirting with the mom. More worried about getting her number then actual questions the other parents were asking. Felt very rushed and ignored when there was issues with games and the food. The front desk gentleman was very rude. Took others that came after me when I said I'm here for a party just looked at us and went on like we were invisible. The employee for the ticket return was so unprofessional, I ended up walking away and told him to keep the remaining points my daughter had. My daughter is on the spectrum and was taking a bit longer then other children. Not her fault at all!!! She was told she had 200 points and she picked out a 60 point lollipop he then told her ok you have 40 left? According to my math ... Incorrect! I was asking him how if the pop was 60 points? He just shrugged his shoulders. I said keep them and left. The food that's a whole other issue. The pizza that was cold and just about broke my tooth on the crust was gross. So I bought French fries waited 20-mins for burnt but cold fries. Then the cups for the party were taken off the table, so when my daughter asked for a cup so she could get a drink I was told we only give out so many. I said exactly her cup was taken and shot out could she please have a paper cup I was told no. I had to leave the party early because this was the worst experience ever!

Your workers were all kind and willing to help but we had a wait for prize counter to redeem tickets for awhile and the bathrooms were a mess .

Lots of fun!
We had a birthday for my son. Anari was our host and he was so kind and helpful. The atmosphere was fun and the staff was very attentive and made sure we all had a good time. Another host was very kind and helpful as well and complimented my attire (I put in effort on my outfits so glad they noticed!)
My daughter had been talking about seeing Chuck E. Cheese and was so excited when she got to see him! We had a smaller party so the price was seriously not bad at all for a host to basically take care of the party. We were all tired at the end but in the best way possible.
It was a great time and wasn’t too expensive. Glad to have a facility like this near us!

This was a great location for a kids' birthday party, and the staff were fantastic. Very attentive, friendly, and easy to get along with. The "adult" specialty pizza was particularly good.
