Wife and I took a little date night out and decided to visit Coppertop because we have frequented here in the past and had a good experience. My wife ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp, which was good. I ordered the 3 or 6 cheese Mac n cheese, whichever it is. It was terrible. Their cheese sauce was terrible, very bland and almost gross. Tasted like an unseasoned Béchamel sauce. I tried salting and peppering it to no avail. I also ordered a side ceasar salad which I never got.
On top of that our waitress was very inattentive. Waiting 20 min just to get her attention to get a to go box and the check is ridiculous.

We were seated immediately even though there were a ton of vehicles in the parking lot. Had our drinks in less than 2 minutes of sitting down. Our food came in a timely manner. The waitress was attentive without being intrusive. The manager made a brief stop to see how we were enjoying our meal. I had the Hibachi salmon with rice and steamed broccoli. Broccoli was a little too over streamed but that's my personal preference, otherwise everything was delicious. My partner had the French Onion burger that she enjoyed. Great experience all around. My first time there. I'll be back!

I use to stop more often when we visited college..We sat at bar Saturday night..order burgers..took 40 minutes to come out..plate is piled with shoe string French fries to make it look filling..it was nothing special.. Burgers were just ok..even mojito for 9 dollars lacked flavor..

Had side salad french onion soup and copper nacho. Soup was real fresh and tasty. Salad adequate. Nacho were weird tomato in vinegar was the salsa. black olives.parmesian cheese .just weird. Semi tasty.

3.5 stars. The food was really good and the waitress was nice. However my water sat at the end of the table for like 10 minutes and I got really thirsty. She also forgot our silverware. Everybody has those days, And I'd rather complain about my experience online than give her a smaller small tip as I know how the industry can be.

Attended a baby shower today, The banquet room was perfect. The food was amazing, servers were wonderful. Would definitely book a party there. They certainly took time on presentation of food. Everything looked and tasted delicious.
