Thanks for the dry salad. Expect to have something missing from your order even when leaving a decent tip. Corelife Eatery is not what it used to be.

Maybe my 3rd time here of all their Syracuse locations. Lunch time. A bit busy but no real wait as most were eating at the time. My husband got the steak blue salad. Mine was Saucy chicken BBQ bowl.
The makers weren't at all friendly. My hubby got decent amount of steak but my chicken was so pitifully lacking. Oh and b4 we ate we needed to use restroom. The temperature was so cold. Ladies room zero soap. My husband said mens was vacant so I went to wash in there. Again so cold. The thermostat was at 48 degrees. When I notified the staff there was almost zero concern/ interest.
My hubby loved his meal but mine was lacking in the protein. I won't be back to this location.

I hate ordering online from this location because when I do it’s always wrong. I got all the way home and both salads I ordered had no dressing on them. So we had to go all the way back, stood there waiting for someone to help us and everyone just ignored us. When we finally got someone’s attention we asked for salad dressing and mentioned we got salads earlier with no dressing, he got us a side of dressing and handed it to us without saying one word. The look on his face was pure disgust for some reason. All to say, the customer service there needs some major work. Do better.

The service was prompt and friendly. The food was quality BUT VERY small portions of protein in both my tuna bowl and my wife's tofu bowls. Unless they increase the portions, I won't be returning

I’d love to give this place 5 stars as the food is always delicious and that definitely is important. However a couple of things make me give it 3 instead. First, you never know how much you’re going to get. Every employee gives different serving sizes, so one day you can order a large bowl and it’s filled to the brim. The next day you order the same thing and it’s so empty you have to actually ask if they gave you a regular size instead. That can especially be disappointing giving the price of the food, where one day you get half the food you usually get for the high price point. The next thing is you never know if the staff will be friendly or not. I’ve come here 2-4 times a month (sometimes more if I have the extra money) for a few years now and have seen lots of staff come and go, and some days they are super friendly and sometimes you can tell they just can’t wait to get you out of the building, or they’re not friendly at all. I almost gave a 4 star but how I’m treated by staff and predictability of the food I order is very important in my opinion so I gave 3 instead. But I will note again I’ve never had an issue with the actual food it’s always very good.

It says $9.75 for a bowl, which includes protein. Premium protein is more expensive.. But when every protein is more expensive besides Tofu, you should specify that the cost promoted, $9.75, is not actually the price that you pay when having any protein besides tofu

This place can not get an order right. Twice I have ordered smoothie( $10 a piece) with my deliveries and both times not delivered. Tonight’s order no smoothie and wrong sides. Lesson learned I will not order from corelife again.

The menu selection is incredible. Something for everyone. They put it together right in front of you. And it ALL tastes so good. Absolutely love the place and super clean. The only negative comment is the unhappy staff. NO ONE EVER SMILES . I feel like I’m imposing on them. But I keep going back (for now because the food is so good). But I may try one of the other locations to see if their staff Is more welcoming .
Walked In walked back out it’s disgusting in there by far the filthiest location I’ve been in…
This is a hidden gem.

We love the Core menu and go frequently to the Taft Road location. In the past six months we have noticed that the floors are actually so dirty that your shoes stick to the floor. The area where you get your self-serve drinks is unclean and not well maintained. The stainless cabinets under the drinks are visibly dirty and heavily stained. The restrooms also need to addressed . We are disappointed and feel that this location needs extreme maintenance and deep cleaning . We would like to enjoy our food in a clean environment.

The gild is off the CoreLife Eatery.
While the food looks and tastes good, the dining area is now off-putting. We arrived at 2PM to a sticky floor with trails of some liquid here and there. The behind-the-counter staff failed to engage professionally (they weren’t horrible), the process was slightly slow, and the dining tables were very dirty and sticky.
It’s so messy that it makes me wonder about the things I’m NOT seeing.
I will not return and I do not recommend this to anyone.

The best bowl place in the entire NorthEast!! A delicious bowl, with fresh, quality ingredients that are healthy, good pricing, good portion sizes. Overall value is the highest in comparison to the other bowl places.

Two of the four ladies behind the counter were very friendly the other two seemed almost put out. Food was outstanding. Prices are great. I don't feel polluted when I eat here. I feel like I've actually eating something that should be in my body.
