This place can not get an order right. Twice I have ordered smoothie( $10 a piece) with my deliveries and both times not delivered. Tonight’s order no smoothie and wrong sides. Lesson learned I will not order from corelife again.

The menu selection is incredible. Something for everyone. They put it together right in front of you. And it ALL tastes so good. Absolutely love the place and super clean. The only negative comment is the unhappy staff. NO ONE EVER SMILES . I feel like I’m imposing on them. But I keep going back (for now because the food is so good). But I may try one of the other locations to see if their staff Is more welcoming .

We love the Core menu and go frequently to the Taft Road location. In the past six months we have noticed that the floors are actually so dirty that your shoes stick to the floor. The area where you get your self-serve drinks is unclean and not well maintained. The stainless cabinets under the drinks are visibly dirty and heavily stained. The restrooms also need to addressed . We are disappointed and feel that this location needs extreme maintenance and deep cleaning . We would like to enjoy our food in a clean environment.

The gild is off the CoreLife Eatery.
While the food looks and tastes good, the dining area is now off-putting. We arrived at 2PM to a sticky floor with trails of some liquid here and there. The behind-the-counter staff failed to engage professionally (they weren’t horrible), the process was slightly slow, and the dining tables were very dirty and sticky.
It’s so messy that it makes me wonder about the things I’m NOT seeing.
I will not return and I do not recommend this to anyone.

Two of the four ladies behind the counter were very friendly the other two seemed almost put out. Food was outstanding. Prices are great. I don't feel polluted when I eat here. I feel like I've actually eating something that should be in my body.

I am absolutely devastated about my experience at Core today. As someone with celiac disease, there are very few places I can safely eat, and I’ve always trusted Core to be one of those rare options. That trust has now been completely broken.
I ordered and paid for a large salad for pickup, and was instead given a small one. I tried not to cause a fuss, let it go, and walked out thinking I could at least enjoy my food. But when I opened the container at home, I discovered a hair in my salad.
I am not typically one to write reviews but I am feeling so defeated. As someone with celiacs, there are limited places I can trust to make my meals without cross contamination or negligence. My new boyfriend has already been subject to what happens to me when I am glutened and as we only share one bathroom in our home it can be extremely embarrassing. I was finally starting to feel like myself again, and he had finally decided to move in after I became a customer at core, but now I am fearful he will move out if I cannot find another safe local eatery. Not to mention I finally stopped having to budget for the cost of wet wipes! Now I have to start returning my cans again.
This is particular to the W. Taft Road location…. Love the food and the service but… Please do some repair work on your outdoor tables !…. The last time I was there, I sat at one, the only one available… And I felt like I was eating lunch on a ship in the North Sea in December….
