My husband and I both work about 50 hours a week, and on our late days we rely on DoorDash so dinner is ready by the time we get home. We always order the same item (the steak box with extra steak), but 9 out of 10 times when we order from the Dewitt location, our order arrives incorrect. We receive only 5–6 burnt end pieces of steak, and the entire meal is ice cold. I understand that delivery can affect temperature, but the steak is so overcooked and hard that we can’t even reheat it. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for extra steak and not even receive a full portion. We work hard for our money, and it’s disappointing to have to throw the food away. On top of that, DoorDash only refunded $12 out of our $58 order, which ended up being a complete waste. Do better Core!

They have the best smoothies. Food is “okay.” I feel like the cleanliness could be improved.

One of the employees was being inappropriate with another customer talking about things that shouldn’t be talked about openly at an establishment (sex,etc). She then gave this guy a big chunk of the steak she made for free in front of other customers. I don’t know her name but she’s the blonde that made the steak today since she was bragging about it. She was also insulting a lot of the food in the containers saying they weren’t made correctly and too salty for her liking, etc. just inappropriate behavior that doesn’t belong there

I wish I could give them zero stars because the service was absolutely atrocious, and the worker literally grabbed my chicken with their bare hand. Absolutely disgusting. I never write bad review having worked in food service but they also said no to making a smoothie and double chicken because they’re too lazy to clean it again even though they don’t close for another 45 mins

As someone who loves core, this is not what I was hoping to write. Today, I went to pickup my order that was supposed to be ready at 12:26. $43 for not a lot of food, which is fine if it was ready in time. I got my food at 12:56 and everything was cold, dry and not up to their normal standard. There is no way to even request a refund or a credit on the app. This is like the 4th time this has happened. Unfortunately, the service and food have both gone WAY DOWN HILL!

I’ve been to so many core life’s and this one has the worst food by far. The chicken was hard, the wrap was cold and falling apart. My mac n cheese was basically just dry noodles. Also this location needs to clean their drink station because it looks really unsanitary, and the drinks are all powder at the bottom.

I’ve always enjoyed the food at CoreLife Eatery, it’s consistently fresh and delicious. But today the service really stood out.

While waiting for my order, I watched two customers grow frustrated because their meals were taking longer than the estimated online time. Despite the pressure and a line full of people, Mack at the counter never lost their composure. They stayed positive, kind, and reassuring the entire time.

It was impressive to see them handle a tough situation with such professionalism and grace. The food is always great here, but the way the staff goes above and beyond makes CoreLife even better.

1st time trying this place and really enjoyed my bowl. The amount of flavor was amazing, would definitely come back again. Crew working was also friendly and welcoming.

Dont use door dash, they cannot get the address right

This CoreLife is very hit or miss with the food. It’s either perfect or everything is bland and dry. Sometimes food is undercooked like the Brussel sprouts and potato’s. Sometimes the drinks are very watered down or very strong.
After months of going here it doesn’t look like the utensil holders are ever cleaned and are very dirty and dusty. Also the ice dispenser button looks to be growing black mold on the back of the place you press your cup.
I’ve done feedback reviews which I’ve stated these multiple times but I don’t think they are ever read because these items should be cleaned by now. I hope they don’t get anyone sick.

Usually a great time.with good food. Unfortunately, this last time, we all got food poisoning. Thankfully no hospitals and we're all OK now. But, we've been finding that food contamination is a common thing at core, unfortunately. So we will not be returning.
