Im now done with Core - 2 emails to customer support unanswered- both went to JOTFORM, so someone got them. Inconsistent, customer service is easily 4/10, if you walk in and cant see that as a manager, you need better managers. I get it, its tough to hire. I like it here at Core. Just sick of having the consistent burnt chicken and steak no matter what time we get food. Thai noodles need a better line check for quality as they have been under cooked multiple times. There’s no way a consistent line check occurs if I am constantly seeing this. I’m there 1-2 a week. Black plastic on tongs, where is that going? its shaved down from the knife, or is that designed that way, why is double PORK only 5.5 ounces, what is a regular portion? Please do better

The food always tastes good to me but unfortunately had to stop going there as I would get sick after eating there.

Worst service of all time (especially the manager) and they always get your order wrong.
I’ve been working with a personal trainer and following a strict diet — I’ve lost 65 pounds in the past four months. My trainer recommended CoreLife Eatery as a good place to grab a healthy lunch and even suggested asking for a specific amount of protein to stay on track.
Everything was fine until I asked for 8 ounces of chicken. The staff member rolled her eyes, snapped at me, and loudly made a point to the rest of the staff that I wanted a specific amount. From that moment on, everyone treated me with sarcasm as if I had asked for something unreasonable.
I’ve since noticed other reviews mentioning the same issue at the Camillus/Fairmount location — it seems to be run by a group of young employees who have very little respect for customers.
I won’t be returning to this location, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting friendly service or basic professionalism. If you work in food service, simple requests like this should be handled with respect, not attitude.

The food is good the only issue I had was the lady behind the counter I couldn't hear her speaking because she talked too low and there was a music and other people talking around me when I asked to repeat she did a visual instead of repeating like I was stupid I just couldn't hear her.

Everyone was nice except for the skinny guy working at lunch today around 1pm asked him nicely for double chicken and he scoffed at me then through a single piece of cut chicken on the grill and rolled his eyes. Kinda sad behavior considering I enjoy going to eat there. Won’t be going back if there’s kids who act like that.

I love it here!
I've been here many times with my family; I love their salad, soup, and drink options. They have an array of options available, which are all very healthy and fresh.
The food is made to order and is always delicious. I love finding new salad places; I'm glad this place is very convenient.
I love trying different salads here and trying out different toppings and dressings.
I can't wait to stop back in.

Probably the worst core life I have been to. They usually heat up the chicken they add to your bowls this time they didn’t and also I didn’t get a servings worth of chicken. I won’t be coming back.
Restaurantji Recommends
The food at Core is delicious when I go in person, but every time I order it via Doordash, the restaurant messes up the order or leaves items out. It has happened countless times. The drivers aren't supposed to be opening the bag so it's got to be the restaurant's fault for not packing the bag accurately. It's really frustrating as I'm not one to publicly complain, but it has happened every time I order from there. The receipt on the bag clearly lists the items that should be in the bag, yet every time there's either something missing or they screw up an ingredient. It's incredibly annoying. I doubt writing this review will change anything, people just don't care about anything.
This was surprisingly good! I am skeptical when some promotes food as healthy, lean, vegan.. I equate that to.. yucky.. not saying that's fair.. But this place was really good! Seriously large quantities ( turned into 2 meals for me..) it was crunchy, satisfying, tasty! I got the Spicy Thai Chicken. Recommend!
Always worth it and so much better than fast food
Good place to fuel up. Well priced.
I came to this place twice, and each time, the staff was rude and have attude towards me when ordering. The portion size is very small, and I had to keep asking for them to please put more. The second t8me I was here, one of the girls was so rude o asked for the manager. By the way, when I asked for her name, she would not give it to me. When speaking to the manager, this girl kept cutting me off while I was striving to explain to the manager the problem. The manager Jim allowed her to keep being rude to me, and I asked him if he was going to correct her? He then tells me he doesn't see her being rude, maybe a little bit, but not how I'm making it out to be. I told him I would be calling corporate because I see by the reviews this is a on going thing with the staff and small portion size. Jim asked me to be patient with him and that he would speak to the staff when he got a chance. He then asked me to order what I wanted because he would make it for me. Jim did make my food correct, and the food was good, but I'm not coming back to this location again.
